We have had a few paella’s from here and they started out incredible, 1 year ago, they were still good in May 2024 but the most recent one we had in October 2024 was so disappointing, it had zero taste, we ordered the rib one and the ribs were over cooked and very cheap meat used, we couldn’t eat them- there was no flavour and no crisp on the bottom of the paella (arguably the best part😔). It was very disappointing and given the price, we won’t be returning. The staff are all teenagers who sit on their phones so no point in directly speaking to anyone about it as there is never a manager or owner on site so we are reviewing here. We were excited to share a delicious paella with our guests and it was very badly cooked. Hicimos una reserva a las 15:00 nos presentamos allí y nos dijeron que teníamos que esperar,nos Hicieron esperar media hora mas ya iban con retraso por un problema que habían tenido por lo que nos dijeron, asi que nos dieron el arroz frío. Nos pedimos 2 tipos de arroz la presentación un 0 La de salchichas y costilla venía una parte de la bandeja con huecos como si faltara cantidad de arroz como se ve en la foto la de arroz negro teóricamente llevaba sepia y no vimos nada más que un trozo y además llevaba el arroz súper pegado que no se podía ni servir en los platos parecía cemento El sabor nada del otro mundo ninguno de los 2 arroces, por no decir que no tenían sabor Así que no volveremos a repetir bastante...

Servicio del 30jul23. Pedí 2 paellas: 1 tot pelat y 1 arròs negre. El tot pelat tenia solo trozos de gamba y algunos mejillones esparcidos por encima, ni siquiera había una gamba completa por persona; el arroz insípido. El arross negre era eso: solo arroz, no tenía sepia! ni nada más ... o si lo tuvo fue terriblemente imperceptible. También soso. Las paelleras estaban llenas de grasa vieja pegada por fuera y por dentro de no cuántas veces anteriores y que nunca han lavado. Muy desagradable. Lo único positivo fue que fueron puntuales para entregarlas y el packing es correcto para transportarlas. No repetiré bajo ninguna circunstancia: baja calidad y precio alto (casi lo que cuesta en un restaurante para comer allí)....
