We are trying to use all the eateries in the Port of San Miguel. This was our first visit to Sol i Camp. Which I believe translates to sun and field. The waiter was very friendly and soon established our requirements. We were looking for a drink and a snack, it being lunchtime. The waiter certainly knew his menu and was able to give us an idea of what was on offer. He took our order. The drinks soon arrived at the table. We sat adjacent the street as there is a cooling breeze straight off the sea. I ordered home made meatballs. They were easily the best I have tasted in quite some time. My better half had goats cheese salad which she thoroughly enjoyed. It was a pleasurable lunch eating good food and watching the world go by. A picture is supposed to be worth a thousand words. My empty plate picture speaks volumes as to how much I enjoyed my meal. We will return for a paella having had such a glowing recommendation. The cost of the meal was on a par with other establishments in the area. Nice one Sol i Camp. Update Being true to our promise, we returned for our paella. We arrived a little early as the kitchen was not open for another hour. The waiter offered us a game of crazy golf which was an offer of entertainment on site. It was very enjoyable and easily filled the time before the kitchen opened. This was our first authentic paella and the waiter ensured it was a meal to remember. He served up what I can only describe as the tastiest meal I have had in a very long time. People of a certain age can only remember Vesta paella, it was the closest we had at that time (70s) to an authentic paella. Our paella today was...

We are staying at a hotel up the road (shocking food ) Got told to nip down in the day because they had a cigarette machine for my partner .

After bad food at the hotel we thought should we nip to that place they looked welcoming .

Went up free mini gold when you get a meal and they had places for the kids to play ! First time ..I got a steak and my partner got a pizza and it was amazing! Oh and the majitos are so good .

Came back the next night we both got steak and again it was absolutely amazing and cooked to profection ! .

We will be coming again during our stay.

The staff are so so friendly! And really make you feel at home ! When you finished eating you can go to the chill out area and finish your drinks ! Highly recommend! Thank you for the great food and amazing staff!! 🥰 Oh and they had some great music playing in the...

Good honest food. The home made meatballs were a hit, especially since they had actual vegetables in the sauce (a rarity on this island, it seems - at least for the tourists!). What really sets this place above the rest though is the amazing service - Angela in particular is so lovely, great with the kids and so welcoming! There's also plenty to keep the kids entertained - mini golf, a trampoline and a play area. With a 3 and 10 year old in tow we felt it was the only place we were able to truly relax. They also have a pull down awning which meant we could eat here during the storm we had. They even kept serving through...

Been few times in this restaurant. Everytime they bring the menu after 20min or if you go and take it by yourself they get angry. The staff if very arogant. We been sitting always in the same table with our dog, but last time there was plenty of ants, when we wanted to change the table with another one they said is reserved, but wasn’t,becouse they closing in a 30min. People smoking and all the smoke is going in our face. So of course we left before we even order. We will not eat in a table full with ants! They don’t know how to make the restaurant to be full, is always empty and just a turist trap.

We loved it here! Our treat at home is a Friday night pizza, so we went to Sol i Camp! The pizzas were beautiful and so tasty that we ate here again as our last night on holiday. (No pictures of the pizzas, though, as they didn't last long on our plates!) It's very family friendly and the staff are all so lovely, especially with children.. our usually shy boy ordered himself his food and drink confidently. The play area, trampoline and mini golf are great and everything is very relaxed. Thank you!
