Cone Club Ibiza — Restaurant in Sant Josep de sa Talaia

Cone Club is part of the beautiful 7 Pines Hyatt resort. Which we were staying in for 10 days. Because of this reason we spend quite a few evenings at their amazing sunset rituals.

Overall there are quite a few things to learn in regards to the team and the service. However there were some big positives which made me still give a very high rating.

Hostesses will guide you to a table but they lack interest in your wishes and after they sat you down they forgot about you just as easily. With one exception which was Laura. When she was there everything turned out 10x better.

The food was okay but nothing to write home about.

Then the waiters. You could clearly feel the team was you in most cases inexperienced. But they try and I am sure over the course of the summer this will only improve. This however also brings me to star of the show: Arnold. He made every evening a absolute delight. Even if the place is packed he reads the room and tries to manage the place while it is not even his job YET… it was almost as much fun watching him work as viewing the sunset. I would bump up this guy to a management level position asap as this is what is needed to take this place to the next level. Just because of him and Laura still 5 stars for service although it should normally be 3,5/4 stars… Keep it up Cone Club you have gold in your hands with this place, just...

Great place for Sunset Meeting Ritual Sun! Pleasant chamber atmosphere chilout from DJ on the site. Magnificent nature and spectacular views! Cocktails -- 3 points. The chef should pay more attention to cocktails. The kitchen is not bad. Tasty, but not at the highest level for an institution included in the Michelin Guide.

Good audience, quiet conversations, no screaming - nothing prevents you from relaxing and relaxing in a luxurious place. The DJ will hit the gong at the moment when the Sun has disappeared beyond the horizon. The waiters are cultured, well mannered, good service. The Club's guests are often ignorant. This is a special event of the Club, which is called the Sunset Ritual with a dress code. Some of the guests were dressed in white T-shirts and ordinary clothes. Highly unprofessional staff. For such an establishment (by Hyatt) it was ridiculous. We waited 40 minutes for 2 drinks - they said they gave them to another table and asked again what we ordered. Took another 25 min for the drinks to finally arrive. They had no clue we reserved a table. Confused, very confused. We finally make it to the table - 30 min later we get the menu and order the burger - this was ok. The mussels starter had half empty shells. The aioli was actually mayo.
