The best dining experience, from start to finish and in every facet, I have ever had! We went on August 2, 2022 for my wife's birthday. There are several dining options but we choose the 14-course tasting menu.

The service was beyond exceptional, as there were two to three servers attentively assisting us and accommodating our requests for the duration of our meal. The sommelier also visited our table on at least three occasions.

The food was divine! A few highlights from the menu were tomato bombas with a gazpacho filling that literally explodes in your mouth after the tomato coating -- which had the consistency of chocolate -- gently disolves on your palate. The next course featured seared tuna belly in a citrus and vinegar reduction with tones of garlic, olive oil, and a touch of salt balanced out with a vinegar and blood orange finish. They will continue to bring fresh bread and the most incredible olive oil from Huelva, that is brilliant and bold in its taste and a deep green in hue.

The restaurant is called The View for a very good reason: you will observe the most incredible sunset to the backdrop of a seascape Vista with lovely rock formations.

Chef Cristobal Munoz has done it. Eat here as often...

Review for Nela at Seven Pines Resort, Ibiza

We recently hosted a business meeting at Nela in the Seven Pines Resort Ibiza, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish.

The restaurant provides a stylish yet relaxed atmosphere, perfectly suited for professional conversations while still offering the charm of Ibiza. Service was attentive, discreet, and highly accommodating to our needs as business guests.

The menu impressed with a refined selection of Mediterranean dishes, beautifully presented and of outstanding quality. Every course reflected the high standards of the resort, and the wine list complemented the meal perfectly.

What stood out most was the seamless coordination – our table was prepared on time, the staff anticipated our requirements, and the overall setting allowed for both privacy and productivity.

For anyone looking to combine a high-level business meeting with exceptional dining, Nela at Seven Pines is an...

The location is fantastic and the service is spot on. You start with welcome "snacks" before the menu is brought which then makes it clear that the only menu is now a tasting menu (this did not use to be the case). Our fault for not retreating at this point as all we wanted was exceptional ingredients cooked well as opposed to 8 courses and 2 hours of dining. The food looks impressive but out of 8 courses approximately half were close to inedible and the balance nothing special. Style over taste unfortunately (seasoning was completely missing, as was acidity/basic tenants of taste in a number of cases). It's a shame as clearly a lot of work went into each plate but the dishes need a lot of work/taking back to basics. 350 euros (one glass of wine each) not well spent unfortunately but keep an eye out for a new menu as the location and...

Been to many Michelin restaurants and this place is deserving of a star. Arianna was incredible. Service overall was attentive and really could not have been better. food - some very noteworthy dishes, and chef was more than accommodating regarding our preferences. The food was delicious, and overall spectacular, but I would have liked a little more seasoning/acidity on some of the dishes. At a certain point, this is more of a personal preference. Sometimes ingredients need to shine on their own without excessive salt/acid, but sometimes this does heighten the flavors of a dish. I highly highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a five star dining experience. Forget the view, I will come here for literally everything else

My new favourite restaurant! The food is incredibly delicious (I took the vegetarian tasting menu), the view is amazing and the staff is lovely & professional. My favourite was the truffle ravioli with spinach. Special shout out to Sandra who also has great photography skills :) Just a small comment - two items on the menu that don't make sense to me: 1) the foie gras - it's a dated, extremely cruel meal, even banned in some places. 2) the veal - you don't need a baby cow to make a good steak. I'm sure there would be another good alternative they could put on, I'm hoping :)

Apart from the view, this restaurant has no advantages. All the dishes were failures. The lobster was literally drowned in oily sauce, and the scallops were sour and topped with some kind of bitter granules. The flavor of the oysters was also ruined by the oily sauce. The lamb was soaked in oil and unpleasantly soft, like veal cheeks. The result: food poisoning. This is not at all what you’d expect from a restaurant of this level. And of course, for this culinary horror, you’ll have to pay a considerable amount — along with your stomach.
