The food is exquisite and has such gorgeous flavors! They said its a new chef and all together different management here as they took over the previous restaurant! The smoked aubergines with sardines was excellent.. The sea bass was just the freshest and tastiest I've had for a long time. The waitresses were so lovely and friendly as well. The only problem I have was the fact that they don't have a menu yet as they said they just opened 1 day before which was a bit strange as we didn't know the prices beforehand. Ein eher abgelegenes Restaurant, das einen super schönen Außenbereich hat. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich und die Karte klein, was auch dafür spricht, dass hier alles frisch gekocht wird. Grundsätzlich ist zu sagen, dass alles hier etwas sehr gesalzen ist. Das hält sich im Rahmen aber fällt dennoch auf. Es ist aber nichts versalzen.

Die Spaghetti Carbonara sind sehr lecker, aber auch der verwendete Speck ist auffallen stark salzig. Auch eines der Grillgerichte, bestätigt diesen Eindruck. Es ist lecker, aber stark gewürzt und darunter auch salzig. Die „Mixed“ Paella war eher ein Reinfall. Sie schmeckt sehr fischig. Der Reis ist, nicht wie bei anderen bei Paellas hell, sondern stark dunkel und erinnert eher an Risotto und schmeckt auch so. Auch hier ist wieder das viele Salz zu erwähnen. Auch der Reis schmeckt stark nach Fisch. Es ist zwar auch Hähnchen dabei, allerdings war das teilweise nicht ganz durch und auch überhaupt nicht gewürzt. Alles schmeckt also sehr stark nach Fisch.

Als Nachspeise hatten wir den Tiramisu und die gegrillte Ananas. Der Tiramisu war sehr lecker, hier können wir die positiven Rezension diesbezüglich bestätigen. Allerdings ist auch zu erwähnen, dass er sehr stark nach Alkohol geschmeckt hat, fast schon in Alkohol getränkt. Die gegrillte Ananas war auch lecker, allerdings vielleicht etwas teuer für 9 Euro. Letztendlich waren es zwei Scheiben Ananas, die erwärmt waren und an einigen Stellen hart mit Zimt. Ob das nur neun Euro wert ist, muss jeder für sich selbst entscheiden.

Preislich ist es etwas teurer. Das günstigste Gericht ist die Spaghetti Carbonara mit 18 €. Alles andere liegt bei...

Cela fait toujours un peu peur de se garer fans un parking vide et de rentrer dans l’enceinte d’un restaurant où un couple seul dîne.

L’environnement et la terrasse n’ont pas changé, toujours cette belle voute végétale au dessus de nos têtes

Un charmant accueil d’une très belle jeune femme et une table vite dressée.

La carte des vins classique made in spain aux tarifs sympathiques. Notre choix: viña Pomal 106 parfait.

La carte est simple et ne met pas mal au crâne des indécis

En entrée nous partageâmes 2 salades: verte ( avocat, épinards, salade, courgette en lamelle) et salade burrata tomates taillées fines : copieux et bon

Ensuite le tartare de thon divin à l’unanimité Très bon solomillo muy poco hecho parfaitement cuit et servi Le saumon cuit sur la braise façon unilatérale paru trop salé à notre convive Pâtes à la carbonara totalement foirées ou pas loin, cuisson des spaghettis à l’italienne al dente mais le tout trop sec avec cette sauce carbo trop salée et bien pauvre

C’est le deuxième chef italien qui nous foire des pâtes dans la semaine ( rappel d’Amalur aux nouilles pathétiques)

Bons desserts maison: 1 fondant chocolat : bien, tiramisu café très bon, 1 tiramisu pistache que j’ai aimé à contrario de la convive à qui il était destiné.

En conclusion: peu d’affluence, endroit agréable, fond de musique light, les prix un poil trop haut par rapport à la situation, la notoriété et la prestation culinaire 50 balles par tête : correct!

Mais je dirais que j’ai bien aimé donc ce dernier...
