Utterly awful experience of this place and the dreadful manager Alfredo Ferrer..
We booked our wedding in 2020 for May 2022 - due to the pandemic more than 60% of our guests were unable to attend and fly to Ibiza from UK, so we took the decision to cancel in July 2021 - some TEN MONTHS prior to the original date. It was not a decision we took lightly, it was just not feasible to change the dates due to other commitments for both us and our guests of other rearranged family events. We were advised by our wedding planners that Ses Roques would put the date back on sale and we may get monies returned after the date is sold... But in January 2022 they made an announcement they would NOT accept ANY NEW bookings at Ses Roques with the exception of some dates in October 2022... at no point did the restaurant reach out to us and they also denied this statement had been made! Two weeks prior to the original date, we had the most unpleasant condescending arrogant email from Alfred Ferrer kindly telling us how things "work" and that we were offered a change of date etc... The wedding planners were stuck in the middle and Alfredo saw no issue with his distasteful email. I am simply stunned that for TEN MONTHS this venue ignored us and just expected us to loose money at their whimsy and deny they had no intention of EVER selling our dates.
The pandemic has affected everyone globally but to behave like this is just unforgivable and totally inexcusable. This was supposed to be our WEDDNING not just a meal out....!!!! Clearly money means more to this man and this shoddy venue than guests ever could I do hope our money made him feel better too!! I am glad we didn't get married here as after this behaviour and the other reviews, I dare say it would've been...
Read morePoor experience we was on a day trip to cala comte and there is 3 main restaurants here all of which got busy and were incredibly rude and unorgainised we walked into ses roques to look at the menu and there was a few members or staff running around like chickens serving drinks and no one at front of house to ask for a table so we sat at a table which was not marked as reserved and started to look at the menu ..after 5 minutes a waiter come over to ask our order when a very rude short haired strange looking waitress came up to him and explained to him we had sat down without reservation and he told us to leave and go into the bar to make a booking so we headed to the bar and was ignored for 5 minutes with no one giving us answers so we walked out .. we got the feeling this place is for locals only .. also worth a mension the prices...

Restaurante altamente...
