"Yesterday I went to eat at La Bonaigua restaurant, located in Sant Just Desvern. It is a restaurant that offers signature cuisine that fuses the Spanish/Catalan tradition with Italian/Sicilian touches, using top quality products cooked with great care. My wife and I went to eat during lunch time. To share, we ordered several dishes that pleasantly surprised us. We started with some seafood croquettes, creamy on the inside with a crunchy outer layer. We also tried some "rustit" croquettes, with an intense flavor and a perfect breading. We continued with a fresh bocconcini mozzarella, accompanied by confit cherry tomatoes, basil pesto and extra virgin olive oil. But the appetizer that impressed me the most were the low-temperature eggs with crunchy guanciale and black truffle. The eggs, cooked to perfection, had a silky texture and the creamy yolk mixed with the intense flavor of the crunchy guanciale and the aroma of the grated black truffle. A combination of flavors simply spectacular! For the second course, we ordered an artichoke and prawn rice that was impressive. The rice, mellow and full of flavor, had been cooked in a fish broth that enhanced the flavor of the prawn. The artichokes, tender and tasty, perfectly complemented the dish. For dessert, we shared a mascarpone mousse with Sicilian watermelon and strawberry granita. The mousse, light and creamy, melted in your mouth, and the watermelon granita, refreshing and with an intense fruit flavor, was a perfect contrast. The fresh strawberries completed this "simple" but delicious dessert. The atmosphere of La Bonaigua is welcoming and the service was impeccable. The prices are in line with the quality of the food and service. In short, I highly recommend La Bonaigua to all those who want to enjoy a unique gastronomic experience in Sant Just Desvern. Do not hesitate to reserve a table and let yourself be carried away by the "potpourri" of flavors prepared by the chefs of this restaurant, who masterfully fuse the Spanish/Catalan tradition with the Italian/Sicilian."

식당이 우리가 머물렀던 호텔 근처였고 구글평도 괜찮아보였고 별 생각없이 들어갔는데, 바르셀로나 관광지의 바가지 식당들에 지쳐 있었던 우리들에게 하나의 오아시스 같은 식당이어서 깜짝 놀라고 감탄 했습니다. 일단 입구에 소고기를 에이징하는 기계가 식당의 전문성을 보여주었고요. 5명의 가족여행이어서 생각보다 다양한 음식들을 경험할 수 있었습니다. 지금부터 하나씩 후기를 남겨볼게요. 샹그리아랑 틴토데베라노 음료가 시원하고 달달하니 맛있어요. 다른 식당들은 샹그리아가 물탄듯 맹맹 했는데 이집은 진해서 좋았어요. 단맛을 좀 더 좋아하면 샹그리아, 단맛 보단 좀 더 술맛이 나는 드라이한 것을 원하면 틴토데베라노 추천합니다. 감자튀김에 토마토와 소세지를 섞어서 갈아 만든 소스와 마요네즈에 마늘과 마른 가지껍질을 갈아서 섞은 소스 (Las BRAVAS de La Bonaigua x Bar Omar, CAN BRAVA, Salsa de tomate y butifarra del perol, alioli ahumado) : 지금까지 먹어본 감자튀김 중에서 역대급이었습니다. 튀김은 바삭하고 그 위에 올라간 홈메이드 소스들이 굉장히 독특한데 맛도 있었어요. 강추합니다. 크림소스가 들어간 고로케 (Croqueta de rustido) : 겉바속촉의 정석이고 진한 크림맛의 속이 일품! 1인 1개 시켜서 전식으로 먹으면 좋을 요리. 랍스터 계란반숙 감자튀김 요리(Langosta amb huevos fritos y patata) : 세가지 식재료 조합이 환상이었고, 랍스터가 없는경우 다른 갑각류로 대체해주기도 하는데 일단 갑각류 살이 튼실하고 탱글하고 내장맛과 감자튀김과 반숙 노른자가 서로 궁합이 아주 좋다는 사실을 처음 알았습니다. 손이 먼저 가서 먹다가 사진을 뒤늦게 찍을 정도로 먹음직스러웠음 랍스터 볶음밥 (Arroz meloso bogavante blau) : 쌀 종류가 이탈리아 쌀이었는데 한국식 쌀과 비슷해서 찰지고 부드럽고 랍스터 내장의 진한 맛이 아주 일품인 음식입니다 (조금 짤수 있으니 “콘 뽀까 쌀” 소금 덜 넣어달라고 하시는것도 좋을듯). 먹느라 바빠서 사진찍는것도 잊어먹음.. 일본산 와규 소고기 스테이크 (Llom baix de Wagyu A5 Kagoshima) : 너무 먹음직스러워서 먹느라 사진찍을 겨를도 없었던 와규는 200g을 시켰는데 6명 정도가 맛본다고 생각하고 먹으면 괜찮을 것 같아요. 그리고 가격이 와규 치고는 저렴한 편이어서 부담없이 먹을 수 있었어요. 구운 비둘기와 무화과 그리고 비둘기 간과 내장 크림을 곁들인 바게트 (Pichón de Bresse higos y cebolleta a la brasa) : 비둘기는 겉은 잘 구워서 바삭했고 살은 부드러웠고, 달달한 무화과와 굉장히 잘 어울렸어요. 같이 나온 간과 내장 크림과 바게트는 고소했고 비리거나 누린맛도 없었어요. 디저트로는 배가 너무 불러서 두개만 시켰는데요. 복숭아를 곁들인 요거트 크림(Espuma de yogur al sifón, melocotón caramelizado y almendras)과 구운 치즈케이크(Tarta de queso)를 시켰는데, 복숭아 요거트 크림이 가볍고 달달해서 좋았어요. 치즈케이크도 특색있고 맛있었는데 배가 너무 불러서 다 먹지는 못했어요. 그리고 식후주(Vinos dulces y Whisky)로 서로 다른 네 가지를 모두 맛봤는데, 홈메이드 시실리 레몬첼로랑 크림 식후주 추천드립니다. 레몬첼로는 이탈리아에서 먹은 것 보다 입맛에 더 맞았고, 크림식후주는 마치 깔루아밀크처럼 바닐라와 초코향이 들어있는 알콜이었는데 식후주로 마시니 식사 후에도 몇시간동안 그 향이 계속 입에 남아서 좋았어요. 총평 가격과 양: 스페인에 오면 항상 식도락을 기대하고 오는 입장에서 이곳은 여타 바르셀로나 시내 바가지 레스토랑에 비해 아주 훌륭합니다. 미슐랭 급의 고급 요리들을 매우 배부르게 잘먹고 음료도 샹그리아 큰 병에 식후주까지 마셨는데 1인당 70유로정도 나왔어요 청결도 : 접시, 식기류 매우 깨끗. 예약 : 저희는 운이 좋게도 자리가 있었는데 예약을 하거나 오픈시간은 확인하고 가시는걸 추천합니다. 플레이팅 : 이부분 너무 만족했는데, 적은 양을 시키더라도 일단 모두 나눠서 맛볼 수 있도록 중앙에 음식을 놓고 개인 접시를 계속 바꾸어 주셔서 코스요리처럼 모든 음식을 모든 사람이 맛볼 수 있었어요. 적은양의 음식이 나왔어도 모두가 해당 음식에 맞는 식기류를 지급받았고 매번 갈아주셔서 이 가격이 이렇게 좋은 서비스를 받아도 되나 생각 할 정도로 만족했습니다. 직원 서비스 : 영어가 능숙하신 이탈리아 직원은 사장님께서 보너스 월급을 챙겨 주셔야 할 것 같고, 모든 직원들이 유쾌했고 친절했습니다. 특히 셰프님은 음식을 다 먹고나니 따로 테이블마다 인사를 하셨는데 프로페셔널 했어요. 또한 사장님은 정중하게 항상 미소로 저희를 대해주셨고요. 결과적으로 바르셀로나 다시 오면 이 식당을 분명 꼭 다시 들릴거고, 주변에도 스스럼 없이 추천할 것 같아요! 잘먹고 가족들과 즐거운 시간 만들어주신 모든 식당 관계자 여러분께, muchas gracias!

식당이 우리가 머물렀던 호텔 근처였고 구글평도 괜찮아보였고 별 생각없이 들어갔는데, 바르셀로나 관광지의 바가지 식당들에 지쳐 있었던 우리들에게 하나의 오아시스 같은 식당이어서 깜짝 놀라고 감탄 했습니다. 일단 입구에 소고기를 에이징하는 기계가 식당의 전문성을 보여주었고요. 5명의 가족여행이어서 생각보다 다양한 음식들을 경험할 수 있었습니다. 지금부터 하나씩 후기를 남겨볼게요. 샹그리아랑 틴토데베라노 음료가 시원하고 달달하니 맛있어요. 다른 식당들은 샹그리아가 물탄듯 맹맹 했는데 이집은 진해서 좋았어요. 단맛을 좀 더 좋아하면 샹그리아, 단맛 보단 좀 더 술맛이 나는 드라이한 것을 원하면 틴토데베라노 추천합니다. 감자튀김에 토마토와 소세지를 섞어서 갈아 만든 소스와 마요네즈에 마늘과 마른 가지껍질을 갈아서 섞은 소스 (Las BRAVAS de La Bonaigua x Bar Omar, CAN BRAVA, Salsa de tomate y butifarra del perol, alioli ahumado) : 지금까지 먹어본 감자튀김 중에서 역대급이었습니다. 튀김은 바삭하고 그 위에 올라간 홈메이드 소스들이 굉장히 독특한데 맛도 있었어요. 강추합니다. 크림소스가 들어간 고로케 (Croqueta de rustido) : 겉바속촉의 정석이고 진한 크림맛의 속이 일품! 1인 1개 시켜서 전식으로 먹으면 좋을 요리. 랍스터 계란반숙 감자튀김 요리(Langosta amb huevos fritos y patata) : 세가지 식재료 조합이 환상이었고, 랍스터가 없는경우 다른 갑각류로 대체해주기도 하는데 일단 갑각류 살이 튼실하고 탱글하고 내장맛과 감자튀김과 반숙 노른자가 서로 궁합이 아주 좋다는 사실을 처음 알았습니다. 손이 먼저 가서 먹다가 사진을 뒤늦게 찍을 정도로 먹음직스러웠음 랍스터 볶음밥 (Arroz meloso bogavante blau) : 쌀 종류가 이탈리아 쌀이었는데 한국식 쌀과 비슷해서 찰지고 부드럽고 랍스터 내장의 진한 맛이 아주 일품인 음식입니다 (조금 짤수 있으니 “콘 뽀까 쌀” 소금 덜 넣어달라고 하시는것도 좋을듯). 먹느라 바빠서 사진찍는것도 잊어먹음.. 일본산 와규 소고기 스테이크 (Llom baix de Wagyu A5 Kagoshima) : 너무 먹음직스러워서 먹느라 사진찍을 겨를도 없었던 와규는 200g을 시켰는데 6명 정도가 맛본다고 생각하고 먹으면 괜찮을 것 같아요. 그리고 가격이 와규 치고는 저렴한 편이어서 부담없이 먹을 수 있었어요. 구운 비둘기와 무화과 그리고 비둘기 간과 내장 크림을 곁들인 바게트 (Pichón de Bresse higos y cebolleta a la brasa) : 비둘기는 겉은 잘 구워서 바삭했고 살은 부드러웠고, 달달한 무화과와 굉장히 잘 어울렸어요. 같이 나온 간과 내장 크림과 바게트는 고소했고 비리거나 누린맛도 없었어요. 디저트로는 배가 너무 불러서 두개만 시켰는데요. 복숭아를 곁들인 요거트 크림(Espuma de yogur al sifón, melocotón caramelizado y almendras)과 구운 치즈케이크(Tarta de queso)를 시켰는데, 복숭아 요거트 크림이 가볍고 달달해서 좋았어요. 치즈케이크도 특색있고 맛있었는데 배가 너무 불러서 다 먹지는 못했어요. 그리고 식후주(Vinos dulces y Whisky)로 서로 다른 네 가지를 모두 맛봤는데, 홈메이드 시실리 레몬첼로랑 크림 식후주 추천드립니다. 레몬첼로는 이탈리아에서 먹은 것 보다 입맛에 더 맞았고, 크림식후주는 마치 깔루아밀크처럼 바닐라와 초코향이 들어있는 알콜이었는데 식후주로 마시니 식사 후에도 몇시간동안 그 향이 계속 입에 남아서 좋았어요. 총평 가격과 양: 스페인에 오면 항상 식도락을 기대하고 오는 입장에서 이곳은 여타 바르셀로나 시내 바가지 레스토랑에 비해 아주 훌륭합니다. 미슐랭 급의 고급 요리들을 매우 배부르게 잘먹고 음료도 샹그리아 큰 병에 식후주까지 마셨는데 1인당 70유로정도 나왔어요 청결도 : 접시, 식기류 매우 깨끗. 예약 : 저희는 운이 좋게도 자리가 있었는데 예약을 하거나 오픈시간은 확인하고 가시는걸 추천합니다. 플레이팅 : 이부분 너무 만족했는데, 적은 양을 시키더라도 일단 모두 나눠서 맛볼 수 있도록 중앙에 음식을 놓고 개인 접시를 계속 바꾸어 주셔서 코스요리처럼 모든 음식을 모든 사람이 맛볼 수 있었어요. 적은양의 음식이 나왔어도 모두가 해당 음식에 맞는 식기류를 지급받았고 매번 갈아주셔서 이 가격이 이렇게 좋은 서비스를 받아도 되나 생각 할 정도로 만족했습니다. 직원 서비스 : 영어가 능숙하신 이탈리아 직원은 사장님께서 보너스 월급을 챙겨 주셔야 할 것 같고, 모든 직원들이 유쾌했고 친절했습니다. 특히 셰프님은 음식을 다 먹고나니 따로 테이블마다 인사를 하셨는데 프로페셔널 했어요. 또한 사장님은 정중하게 항상 미소로 저희를 대해주셨고요. 결과적으로 바르셀로나 다시 오면 이 식당을 분명 꼭 다시 들릴거고, 주변에도 스스럼 없이 추천할 것 같아요! 잘먹고 가족들과 즐거운 시간 만들어주신 모든 식당 관계자 여러분께, muchas gracias!

"Yesterday I went to eat at La Bonaigua restaurant, located in Sant Just Desvern. It is a restaurant that offers signature cuisine that fuses the Spanish/Catalan tradition with Italian/Sicilian touches, using top quality products cooked with great care. My wife and I went to eat during lunch time. To share, we ordered several dishes that pleasantly surprised us. We started with some seafood croquettes, creamy on the inside with a crunchy outer layer. We also tried some "rustit" croquettes, with an intense flavor and a perfect breading. We continued with a fresh bocconcini mozzarella, accompanied by confit cherry tomatoes, basil pesto and extra virgin olive oil. But the appetizer that impressed me the most were the low-temperature eggs with crunchy guanciale and black truffle. The eggs, cooked to perfection, had a silky texture and the creamy yolk mixed with the intense flavor of the crunchy guanciale and the aroma of the grated black truffle. A combination of flavors simply spectacular! For the second course, we ordered an artichoke and prawn rice that was impressive. The rice, mellow and full of flavor, had been cooked in a fish broth that enhanced the flavor of the prawn. The artichokes, tender and tasty, perfectly complemented the dish. For dessert, we shared a mascarpone mousse with Sicilian watermelon and strawberry granita. The mousse, light and creamy, melted in your mouth, and the watermelon granita, refreshing and with an intense fruit flavor, was a perfect contrast. The fresh strawberries completed this "simple" but delicious dessert. The atmosphere of La Bonaigua is welcoming and the service was impeccable. The prices are in line with the quality of the food and service. In short, I highly recommend La Bonaigua to all those who want to enjoy a unique gastronomic experience in Sant Just Desvern. To be honest, the impressions of this place were unpleasant. The cod is rubbery, it clearly could have been cooked better. «Ensaladilla de salmón salvaje» – what is it? No description in the menu. I was expecting a light salad with salmon, but as a result, they brought me a heavy salad with a bunch of potatoes and a bunch of mayonnaise. There was so little salmon that it got lost in this mayonnaise-potato mixture. The staff was quite friendly and pleasant, except for an stout man in a black shirt with a terminal. When I tried to pay for my order with a 500 euro banknote, this man started being rude. He said I had to go to the bank and change the money. The time on the clock was 10pm. When I asked where exactly I could change the money, he replied that he did not know and began to claim that the restaurant could not accept a 500 euro bill because it was illegal. I was outraged by this, since the same day earlier I had paid for purchases in the store with another exactly the same banknote. The check in the store was less than the bill in the restaurant and the woman in the store accepted the note without any questions. Fortunately, the waiter behaved more decently in this situation, and adequately explained everything. In the end, when we were leaving, I said goodbye on the way out, but this man, who had argued with me before, did not even react to me in any way, although he clearly heard me.
