I really love this restaurant but today it was the biggest Catastrophe I’ve ever experienced in a restaurant. The waitress was probably the first day on this planet, she definitely shouldn’t work with people, especially not in a restaurant. It already started with taking our order, we had to repeat absolutely everything a few times, we knew the menu better as her, she forgot to bring a few things, we complained a few times and finally the last main dish arrived when we all others already finished a long time ago, the ordered salad never arrived. Also when she brought the drinks, she touched every bottle and glass on the top with her plain fingers. Do we know if she was on the toilet before or do I wanna taste her fingerprints? Before we were here very often, also with family and friends but because of this experience I prefer to go to another La Tagliatella. We visited yesterday, Sunday at 1pm with our young son, reserving ahead online. Thought we'd try our new local branch. Nervous due to previous terrible service in other branches (especially L'Illa!!) But...everything was great! We were seated straight away, our waiter was attentive, well trained and ACTUALLY CARED! He spoke English when he noticed I was struggling, switched back to Spanish for my husband and served us efficiently and kindly with special attention for our little boy. Mi reciente visita al restaurante italiano "La Tagliatela" fue una experiencia culinaria que quedará grabada en mi memoria por mucho tiempo. Desde el momento en que crucé la puerta, supe que esta sería una velada especial, y gran parte de eso se debió a la excepcional cortesía y profesionalidad de nuestro camarero, Marc B. Navarro.

La atmósfera del restaurante era encantadora, con una decoración que te transporta directamente a Italia. Las mesas estaban elegantemente dispuestas, y la iluminación era perfecta para una cena romántica o una reunión con amigos y familiares.

Pero lo que realmente hizo que esta experiencia fuera inolvidable fue el servicio de Marc. Desde el principio, se notaba que estaba comprometido en hacer que nuestra velada fuera especial. Nos saludó con una sonrisa cálida y nos explicó el menú con gran detalle, ofreciendo recomendaciones basadas en nuestros gustos personales.

Marc demostró un profundo conocimiento de la cocina italiana y nos hizo sentir como si estuviéramos explorando un auténtico viaje gastronómico por Italia. Cada plato que recomendó fue un acierto, desde el antipasto hasta el postre. La presentación de los platos era impecable, y los sabores eran simplemente exquisitos.

Lo que más aprecio de Marc fue su atención constante a nuestra mesa sin ser intrusivo. Estuvo atento a nuestras necesidades sin que tuviéramos que pedir nada. Llenaba nuestras copas de vino en el momento perfecto y nos hizo sentir como si fuéramos los únicos comensales en el restaurante, a pesar de que estaba lleno de gente.
