Absolutely terrible experience. You have to put your name on a list for them to give you a table - we did so. We put a reservation for 8 people. When we finally got a table about 1h later (we were only 5 of the 8 of our group) it took around 30 mins for a waitress to finally come after trying to call someone many times. At the same time it started to downpour (it’s not their fault but they absolutely could have tried to move us out of the rain or make it more comfortable for us). We were ready to order food, when we tried to do so she told us that we should order later because a big table had just ordered. I insisted to order now and we were fine to wait after the large table. Our food arrived while it was raining and they put it out in the rain on our table as if it was nothing. The other 3 in our group arrived at the same time, we went to order more and then they told us the kitchen and bar was closed. Without warning or letting us know. We then tried to talk to the waitress to explain that usually they should warn us that the kitchen is closing and last orders are going in. Her only comment was “didn’t you recieve the food you ordered? So why are you complaining”. It was a terrible experience in terms of the food which was not good and the absolutely horrific experience. I asked to speak to the manager and the man didn’t say anything, the waitress just keep interrupting me with her stupid phrase. About how we got the original order of food. Won’t come back and won’t recommend...
Read moreTerrible. We waited over 2 .5 hours for our lunch order whilst tables around us arriving after were served their food prior - despite us asking for an update 3 or 4times. We were told the paper order was lost. Eventually we received the order in dribs and drabs- one order wrong, the other never arrived. Then the bill was completed wrong and they tried to over charge us for drinks. Despite the errors and instead of apologizing, the server was adamant that we pay whole order and claimed it didn’t matter that we waited over 2hours as we were on holiday and we got our food in the end so what was the problem…. Very rude and totally unprofessional. Such a shame as the overall vibe...
