Xuroy Menorca Hotel - Restaurante — Restaurant in Sant Lluís

My recent stay at Hotel Xuroy was bit disappointed.

The breakfast experience was underwhelming. The eggs appeared to be pre-cooked a day in advance and served cold. The orange juice was diluted with sparkling water, which was quite surprising.

Also, I encountered some issues with my room. The shower was blocked, and despite reporting this to Ignacy, the “deputy manager”, the problem was not resolved.

I also requested a room change, but was told they were unable to accommodate my request. For a total of 680 euros over four nights, I was disappointed that the room faced another building’s windows, had no air conditioning, and the fan provided was excessively noisy.

However, On a positive note, the service from the staff was a highlight.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, beautiful that mix perfect with the environment. Rooms are big with terrace and a nice big bathroom. We stay for 10 days and it was wonderful. Indeed the lack of air conditioning is a shame because the heat is too much to not have it, however, at night the rooms get fresh. The service in the hotel was amazing, friendly staff and super helpful. The restaurant is good but not worth the price, the staff in the restaurant are all super nice BUT remember always to do a reservation. We love the Xuroy and it's location, we always have, from our first visit and the five subsequent ones! 2 hours from Exeter, a bus ride from Mahon and the rest of Menorca. Close to Sant Lluis, the Binifadet vineyard and restaurant and so much more! The Xuroy Hotel, the Dolce Vita apartments and the the Petit Xuroy apartments are all part of the accommodation available and all are very, very fit for purpose, thanks to the owners foresight and the backing of their personnel.
