Purobeach Menorca — Restaurant in Sant Lluís

We went to puro beach twice when staying in S’algar, as our hotel pool was very noisy and chaotic. These were our favourite days on our holiday, the food, service and place was amazing. The only disappointment was when we booked the massages through the hotel the first time, they had no record of our booking, and were taken to have the massages at the hotel over the road. When going to pay our drinks/food bill at the end of the first day, the lady at the bar said all sorted, so we presumed this had been charged to our room, like our massages. We then got back to the hotel to which the receptionist informed us puro had called and said we owe money and we needed to go back by 7pm to pay, this made us feel embarrassed as we went to the bar initially to settle the bill. Apart from that the staff were friendly and couldn’t do enough for you, but I think further training needs to be given. We look forward to returning when we visit...

Do not eat here! Disgusting and rude staff at Purobeach Menorca!

I came here to eat lunch, and noticed A ROACH crawling behind the bar. When I went to inform the staff, I noticed another ROACH crawling ON the bar, across the menu, glasses, silverware, etc. I was DISGUSTED and when I told the staff, they rolled their eyes like it wasn't a big deal and told me to go sit down. I decided to tell who I assume is the manager (fat guy who sits in corner on computer) and he literally LAUGHED at us and said "it's not a big deal. Go eat somewhere else if a few roaches bother you"

We were getting ready to leave and they tried to make us pay for the food we ordered even though we did not touch it (since we were grossed out by the filth and lack of care from the staff). We ran out.

Such a SHAME! Avoid this place...

No wonder if next year this "beach club" will be under a different name...

High prices should reflect high quality. But if the staff already walks around with huge dirty stains on their shirts and a pungent smell of sweat, I can already predict that my lobster will taste like a frozen shrimp.

Not to mention the fact that smoking is not allowed, but you still have your typical "vapers" all around the pool, but god forbid I light up a cigarette or even a Terea.

Also something very important to note, as an entrepreneur myself, treat everyone the same. A lady with Gucci sunglasses isn't more likely to leave you a bigger tip than the guy with a H&M shirt.

And finally as last note: You want some syrupy half-liquid Juice? Order a cocktail...
