Very bad overall experience! Experiencia terrible en este restaurante! Non ve lo raccomando per niente! First of all the communication was terrible between the different employees in the restaurant! After loosing time in understanding if we will manage to have a table at the end, they once seated down, they told us that we will have to leave before a time because someone else booked the table! Then we asked updates about the barbecue for 2 that on the menu was looking incredible: rabbit, chicken, sausages, beef and lamb. We asked the lady the size of it and she said that this was even too much for 2 people. Once the plate arrived, on the plate we actually could not find the lamb.. the plate was only chicken and 1 sausage, a small piece of beef meat and another small piece of rabbit (not even for 1 pax). The lamb were hidden because there were so SMALL you could not see it with your eyes! Literally there were 2 pieces of lamb of 3cm each! The worst part is that when I asked about it, the manager did not try to find solutions or giving explanation! A part of it the price for it is more than 31 euros for it! Also, on the other side, the pizzas were clearly with a bought freezed base (supermarket) and some random ingredients on! The coke costs more then the beer! Everything was a mess from the waiter service, the customer service in general, the management and the food! It’s a pain that we are working in tourism and that we are locals. Hello. I would like to leave here my honest review about the restaurant.

The servant was very arrogant, asked us to leave the place before we finished there, explaining that other people are waiting for the table. We told the servant that we were not informed in advance that there are any time limits for the clients. Plus, unfortunately, that day was a very hard storm, we asked the servant if the storm is over so we could go (as we were in-door and there was no visibility), the servant confirmed that the storm is over. We paid our bill right away, went out of the restaurant and there was still a very hard storm, was impossible to walk. We were forced to go to another cafe and wait another 30-40 mins so the storm was over.

Thus, I would hardly recommend training better the servants, if there are any time limits for the clients, so to inform in advance and not to lie or use the tricks to make clients leave the place, that was not nice at all. Servant is the face of the restaurant and he has to represent it the best way, here the image of the restaurant looked very bad.

I just ate in this restaurant. I liked the food very much but they allow their own clients to smoke out on the exterior terrasse, which means that the clients that are eating out cannot enjoy the taste of their meal properly. When I told one of the waitresses that I had 3 peoole smoking at my back she defended herself saying that they were on the other terrasse, when they were actually within the area of the restaurant and when I pointed that out to her she said 'oh!' and she did nothing. So it would be great they took care of all their clients equally. The food makes me to want to repeat the experience but I don't feel at all inspired by the 'eating smoke experience' and not feeling respected. Improve...
