What a pleasant surprise. We were definitely not expecting such an incredible experience when we purchased the "menu degustación" . The quality of the food, the service, the atmosphere: decor, relaxing music, images of the desert etc worked really well. Halal Chicken skewers were to die for, super tender and tasty. Same with the lamb koftas with caramelised onion and cinammon. Lots of different exotic flavours in every single dish. The minty falafels were super fresh and delicious, and the cheese in filo fingers exactly the same: crunchy and crispy but light. Desserts were also yummy. Youssef was very helpful without being in your face. He even brought a lovely complimentary mint tea. Our first time in Alhambra and we give it a 10/10. Delicious Food and Service!!

We had pre-ordered a Chicken Tagine for 6 people, and it was out of this world, totally delicious, incredible flavour from the preserved lemons and olives. Youssef explained to my British husband that the chicken is Halal, hence the tenderness. For starters we had Humus and an aubergine dip (Mutabal?). Also the chef Mustapha suggested a selection on empanadillas off the menu. Super fresh and Yummy!! The complimentary mint tea at the end was great too.
