Avoid coming here at all costs! There are no taxis when leaving Nikki Beach. To start, I came to Ibiza for the first time and reserved a beach bed at Nikki Beach. Me and my friend got a bottle of champagne and food. The music was good they have people playing instruments live majority of the day. Towards the end of the day, our server asked me and friend if we wanted shots. We kindly said no, and he proceeded to ask again and we said no again. Then he asked again for the third time, and so me and my friend said ok only if you take one with us. So he brought out 3 shots and we took them together. When our bill came, we saw the 3 shots on there which surprised us because it sounded like it was on the house. He also suggested to tip him either 15% or 20% which I didn't realize would happen since other restaurant/bar dont really asks for tips on the island. The crowd was older dads and moms dancing to EDM, not my crowd. Lastly, and most importantly, Nikki beach is located in an area that apparently is difficult to get taxi cabs. So when we ordered a taxi cab from Nikki to return to our hotel, me and my friend waited 1 hour and still there were no taxis. People started to leave Nikki beach as it was ending and a lot of people started to wait outside for “taxis” that never showed up. When I walked to the hotel side, they said we could wait up to 2 hours for a taxi! Interestingly enough, I saw taxis only go to the hotel side, not at Nikki beach! So me and my friend decided to just walk to our hotel which was 2 miles away, in sandals, and took us 1 hour to walk to. By the time we got to our hotel we were exhausted and I had so many mosquito bites on my body, parts of my legs were swollen. We were so tired that we didn’t do anything that night since Nikki beach could not accommodate their guests a shuttle or taxi ride. My suggestion is Nikki beach should at least provide transportation services within 2-5 miles radius, at least, to accommodate for their guests and the lack of taxis that come to them. Please save yourself the muscle ache, time, and save the 100’s/1,000’s of euros/dollars and go somewhere...
Read moreWe visited Nikki Beach Ibiza for the first time, although we are familiar with other Nikki Beach locations. The beach itself is absolutely stunning, and the club embodies the signature style you would expect. However, what truly sets this beach club apart is its exceptional level of service, something rarely experienced in Europe. This kind of top-tier service is usually only found in places like Dubai.
We were primarily looked after by Terry, who was incredibly attentive and made sure we felt completely comfortable and cared for throughout the day. He truly turned our visit into an unforgettable experience. But it wasn’t just Terry, every member of the team was, also Victor, remarkably friendly, professional, and attentive. The service across the board was outstanding.
Even the lifeguard that day was fantastic; we needed his assistance at one point, and he was extremely helpful.
Keep up the great work! It's places like this where you feel genuinely welcomed and that’s exactly why guests will always want to come back.
Thank you so much and greetings...
Read moreIf you want to be ripped off in a run down beach club, choose Nikki Beach. It's small, dirty and overpriced.
No other beach club operates the same ridiculous min spend policy (100€ for a bed and lounger then you have to buy a normal sized bottle of champagne for 560€). There is no option to spend the 560€ on normal drinks and food.
The clientele is questionnable - don't expect to see the models and fit men you would at somewhere like Blue Marlin.
But worst of all is the condition of the place. The 'sand' they have laid out in the beach area gets dragged onto the terrace making it slushy and slippy. Then staff come along with sweepers and brush this all towards the pool!
Speaking of the pool, it's tiny. Constantly rammed full of people with long hair who don't get asked to tie it up so you're surrounded by human sweat and hair.
If you want a lively beach club choose Blue Marlin, Nassau or somewhere cool like Raco. Don't bother overpaying for this over...
