Best. Restaurant. Ever. Before going to this restaurant, I thought I wouldn’t be able to eat anything because I’m not into seafood but the owners proved me wrong. I have been amazed by the presentation of the plates, the location and the view, the service and the attention given to us throughout this culinary journey. As a starter, we had the raw tuna with tocino iberico, it was excellent and even saying this would be an understatement. After, we had the fish taco and it was an explosion of flavors in my mouth, even fireworks, it was our personal favorite. We loved it so much we decided to order it again at the end. We also had the grilled vegetables and Youri’s garden salad, so damn tasty to say the least. As a main, we had the carabinero and the shrimp and mushroom pasta, which were delicious. As a dessert, we had the torrija with ice cream and the raw almond popsicle with berry glaze to close this amazing lunch. We will come back to Ibiza for sure… but not to party, just to go eat at Nudo. Thank you for having us, it was a real pleasure 🫶🏼
P.S. Loved the restaurant so much I bought some merch which I find really awesome, so I can always remember how good the restaurant was. Thank you Jose and Jess for...

The menu is a masterclass in balance – local ingredients reimagined with bold creativity and precision typically reserved for Michelin-starred kitchens. Each dish isn’t just well-executed; it’s inspired. The seafood is impossibly fresh, the textures are refined, and the plating evokes both rustic charm and fine dining elegance.
What truly sets this place apart, though, is the soul. Unlike many polished but sterile fine-dining venues, this spot feels alive – with passion, authenticity, and an unmistakable sense of Ibiza’s spirit. Service is intuitive and friendly without ever being overbearing, and the view over the water at sunset is almost too perfect to be real.
Whether you’re a seasoned gourmand or just someone who appreciates genuinely exceptional food, this place is not to be missed. Frankly, it outshines many of the Michelin-starred experiences I’ve had in major cities. A rare gem, and absolutely worth...
Read moreWe had high expectations. Started off well- we decided to order and share most of the starters. Bread and butter with garlic confit was good and the Fish tacos were delicious. Open tortilla with prawns and trout roe looked pretty but was rather bland. Aubergine sandwich was good. The six tiny Red shrimp from the BBQ ( which we had to peel and CLEAN ) was a joke at €31! We skipped the main course and went straight to desserts. The Carob cake kind of saved the day. Setting is lovely overlooking the water, Decor is shabby chique ( with toilet facilities being just shabby) Staff were friendly but cleared plates immediately even aa we were still finishing some dishes which made everything feel rushed. To be honest, I probably would not go back If you are going to do tiny portions and charge big money it needs to be perfect and Nudo is...
