Zeno Pizzeria — Restaurant in Santa Eulària des Riu

We visited for a late lunch and were initially very pleased. The pizza was delicious, and the service from our waitress was outstanding — warm, friendly, and attentive. She made us feel genuinely welcome and taken care of.

However, the experience took a disappointing turn when we asked for the bill. A different waitress, likely from the evening shift, approached our table with a noticeably unpleasant attitude. On a bill of €90, we politely asked for a small chipito, only to be met with a curt and rude "NO."

This abrupt interaction completely undermined the positive impression created earlier. What had been a lovely meal ended on a sour note. Sadly, we will not be returning, and we chose not to leave a tip.

Una autèntica joia gastronòmica al cor de Santa Gertrudis! Aquesta pizzeria amb forn artesanal ofereix una experiència única per als amants de la pizza de veritat. Les masses són lleugeres, fetes a mà i fermentades lentament, amb un toc fumat que només un bon forn de llenya pot donar. Els ingredients són frescos, de proximitat i de gran qualitat —cada mos et transporta a Itàlia.

L’ambient és càlid i acollidor, amb una terrassa encantadora perfecta per a una vetllada d’estiu. El servei és atent, proper i molt amable. A destacar també les opcions vegetarianes i les combinacions creatives que no es troben fàcilment a altres llocs.

Wir fanden das Restaurant über Google Maps und dank der vielen guten Rezensionen wollten wir es selbst testen. Die Pizzen waren so lecker, dass wir am nächsten Abend erneut kamen! 🍕 Der Boden ist sehr dünn und der Rand fluffig und knusprig. Normal lasse ich ihn immer übrig, aber dort war er so lecker, dass ich alles gegessen habe.

Auch die Buschetta, Pasta und der Salat haben uns am nächsten Abend überzeugt. Das Personal ist freundlich und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist super. Im Vergleich zu den anderen Restaurants in Ibiza ist das sehr preiswert. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Wir kommen...
