Ohasis Gastrobar Vecindario — Restaurant in Santa Lucía de Tirajana

Stopped here for a Monday lunch after some shopping. The staff were very friendly and welcoming with good English. We each had a burger which were a really good price considering the portion size and how tasty they were. The patties looked home made rather than cheap frozen ones and the selection of sauces was pretty good too. The dishes the people around us were having looked really good too so I'd recommend this to anyone looking for something to eat...

Nice place but service really bad as people couldn't speak any English. Even if I showed on the menu to the waiter what I wanted to have, the order came wrong. Also after I told him he didn't offer to me the possibility to change it. And he let me paid the price of the wrong order which was higher. Food was not good at all. My friend's fish fillet was not fresh. I would not recommend this...

El lugar está muy bien, bien ubicado, con vistas a un parque. El Gordon blue que pedí estaba un poco seco... Servicio un poco lento. Contestando a vuestra respuesta (para que no tengas el placer de tener la última palabra dando por hecho que tiene la razón el propietario), a la hora que acudí, que fue sobre las 17:40h no estaba para nada abarrotado, debía haber 5 o 6 mesas ocupadas (ninguna con más de 4 personas) y no todos comiendo... Si el propietario lee bien el comentario y deja de lado el egocentrismo de la perfección y asume que se pueden cometer errores y aprender de ellos, podrá comprender que lo único que se podría mejorar es algún detalle o entender que no todo sale bien siempre. Me enorgullece que defienda con tanto entusiasmo a sus trabajadores y confíe tanto en ellos. Cabe mencionar que la reseña era a modo constructiva, evidentemente he sido sincero. Por lo que puedo apreciar, veo que no sabéis digerir un comentario con detalles a mejorar, y tampoco sabéis valorar cuando se felicita por lo correcto.
