Worst experience of my life!!!! 0 STAR!!! 0!!! Absolutely do not go there!!! between 8 and 9 o'clock in the evening we were completely alone, the whole huge restaurant was empty (easily accommodating more than 100 people) we came because of the good reviews and the TERRACE with a view, immediately the waitress forbade us to enter the terrace! it was still sunny and you can really see the mountains superbly but WE WERE NOT allowed to enter!!! 5 minutes later we found out that the only toilets are also on the terrace!!!! we ordered 3 main dishes and drinks, all of them were terrible, it was impossible to eat it!!!! I had the main course which stank the moment it was placed in front of me, and the fact that it had seafood and meat was a red flag....tasted it, such a disgusting taste I will never forget!!!! I ate nothing, said nothing, only asked for the bill. The waitress asked if I wanted to take away, I politely said no, thank you, she asked me why, I said I was sorry but this dish is not tasty..... ATTENTION, that moment the waitress raised her voice at me !!!, she shouted at me in Spanish in front of my husband that it was a matter of my taste and not this dish, that this dish is great and I don't know anything about that plate !!!! she added that it was regional and it was supposed to taste like that!!! I replied that it was stale and it was the most old dish I had ever been served in a restaurant....she shouted at me even more, used adjectives I didn't understand!!!! she kept shouting that it was my taste, it was made this dish “recently”. seafood recently....great...no one has ever shouted at me like that in my life in a restaurant, I have eaten this dish at least a 15 times in the Canary Islands where I spent a total of 2 months!!!! i know what i am saying. The waitress took my plate and in front of me threw it through the window into the kitchen shouting something!!! the cook was also rolling her eyes.... after several minutes the LADY waitress threw the bill on our table..... thank you for showing the worst behavior, NEVER in the islands have I been...

Our waitress was very nice and the views from this restaurant terrace are remarkable, however the food fell short for us and showed the signs of corners being cut on quality, probably because tourists rarely complain.

1. Croquette platter starter cold on inside, clearly microwaved

2. Sole fillet main course undercooked, meat was pink and translucent inside. We heard the chef kicking off in the kitchen when we pointed this out but I know what undercooked fish looks like, sorry friend!

3. Calamari main course freshly battered but tough and rubbery inside, probably defrosted and not as fresh as other restaurants on the island.

Unfortunately this was also our highest bill eating on the island whilst also being the least...

The worst experience ever. Asked baraquito- got black coffe with condenced milk. Coffee as coffee would be, but it had strong sour taste, no layers. I can do by myself at home like that. If you dont do baraquitos- say we do not do that. After asked a waiter who made that baraquito, the owner and father of her came and served us- IMAGINE HOW! VERY ANGRY, with snored breath and told this is not caffeteria…. PATHETIC. Nonetheless food also was ordered. We just wanted to quit…but stayed just due to respect for ordered food. Food was uncooked also, serving was also “for fun”… conclusion- wors ever experience in any catering place. Such communication never...
