Restobar MOS — Restaurant in Santa Margalida

We love this bar/ restaurant and since it opened just keeps getting better. There is always a, warm welcome from the staff who are so friendly and polite. A choice of dining out on the terrace in good weather or seating inside.

A great menu to suit all tastes. We shared the red tuna tacos as a starter and they were delicious, however there is also a choice of other fillings including meat or vegetables. For the main courses we chose a seafood salad and salmon a la plancha which was served on a puree of parsnip with roasted vegetables. The lovely waitress also asked how I wanted the salmon cooked when taking the order. I chose medium and it was cooked just right. There is a great selection of cocktails, wines and beers to chose from too. We couldn't manage a dessert.

Highly recommended! Perfect both for couples, larger groups, and families. The food was excellent, just as I expected from other reviews.

We were served by 2–4 young waiters – fast, friendly, smiling – such a wonderful team. The kids’ menu was great, and the prices are surprisingly low.

Starters were amazing – big compliments to the chef. The fish was fresh and tasty, with just the right touch of salt and olive oil. The local lemonade was also great (maybe in the evening a bit less ice for the kids would be perfect, since the need for ice is different during the day and at night).

The calamari was excellent, and the vegetables were cooked just right. We still have a few days left, so we will definitely come back to try more dishes and desserts.

Nous avons découvert une véritable pépite lors de notre séjour, un restaurant qui a surpassé toutes nos attentes, au point que nous y sommes retournés cinq fois sans même chercher à explorer d'autres établissements. Résidant à Paris, mais d’origine italienne, nous sommes amateurs de cuisine bistronomique, et ce restaurant a su nous séduire par l'excellence de chaque plat, l'accueil chaleureux, et un rapport qualité-prix exceptionnel.

Les plats sont tout simplement remarquables, alliant finesse, générosité et originalité. La friture de poissons est légère et savoureuse, le tataki de thon est un véritable délice, et le risotto au salomillo ainsi que les raviolis aux épinards sont à tomber. L'hamburger est un régal absolu, et que dire du soufflé aux pistaches… un pur chef-d'œuvre !

La terrasse est très agréable, offrant un cadre parfait pour savourer ces mets exquis. Le service est irréprochable, avec un accueil professionnel et extrêmement agréable. Nous avons eu le plaisir d'être accompagnés par Sara, dont la gentillesse et l'attention ont sublimé notre expérience.

En fin de service, nous avons eu la chance de discuter avec David, un chef passionné qui met tout son cœur dans son travail. Sa bienveillance et son souci du détail se reflètent dans chaque assiette, et c'est avec un grand sourire qu'il a pris le temps de partager sa passion avec nous.

Jamais nous n’aurions pensé recevoir un tel accueil en tant que touristes. Ce restaurant est un véritable coup de cœur, que nous recommandons...
