Ordered from this Mickey D's via Glovo. Food came fast and hot. Staff: Professional and +10 they didn't miss anything from my order which I can't say I'm used to ( living in Bucharest Romania). Anyways lovely service, warm food and will definitely order again when in Santander.

Muy mal. Haces un pedido a domicilio, faltan cosas del pedido, llamas para reclamarlo y no te cogen el teléfono. Supongo que esto a la casa madre no le haga mucha gracia. Edición del 5/10/2022 He ido al local a comer un menú. El trato de los empleados es genial, si no me ayuda una chica muy amable me hubiera estado pegando con una de esas pantallas de pedidos infernales. Donde esté el trato personal que se quiten todas las máquinas. Otra cosa, la hamburguesa que pedí me extrañó que fuera tan pequeña... ¿Estarían de rebajas?

Edito reseña: En fin de semana aunque el horario diga que cierra a las 00.00, a las 23.35 dispuestos a realizar nuestro pedido a través del tótem, nos hicieron salir del local y pedir la consumición a través del mcauto. Fila de personas y coches, pitadas e inseguridad para llegar a recoger nuestra comida en ventanilla a las 23.45 siguiendo estando dentro del periodo de apertura del local. Nos dijeron que fueron indicaciones del gerente, y yo personalmente lo dudo mucho, la verdad.

We couldn't pay, tried two automats than two times at counter. Than our food was lost. When I went to ask our order was wrong. As for automats there was optpion to select, but it couldn't be selected, then one had broken terminal. At counter one terminal didn't work properly too. When our food was lost our order was "ready" on the LCD board, but it wasn't completed and was totally missed. We were only served after I lost patience and asked for it. And than we had wrong fries, not all burgers. All in all - total mess. My worst MacDonalds...
