Panadería Gallofa&Co — Restaurant in Santander

Unfortunately disappointed. I thought to give it a try cuz on Sunday many places were closed and I wanted somewhere cosy to sit down. The last they fulfill, as it has nice indoor and outdoor area which is spacious and even had plugs to charge your devices. However the person behind the desk was coughing in her hand whilst using the same hand handling the food dishes. Other than that she probably had a bad day. But even though there was really no one present, she seemed in a hurry that she even gave the tortilla cold and she finished the coffee on the desk instead on the coffeebar.

La verdad es que todo lo que tienen está muy rico pero el otro día fui y no volveré. Fui con mi madre en silla de ruedas, la terraza con todas las mesas sucias salvo una alejada en el fondo del callejón. Entre a pedir teniendo que dejar a mi madre en la silla fuera. La digo a la camarera que si nos puede limpiar una mesa y me dice que se supone que cada cliente tiene que recoger su mesa y así se queda. Pido un descafeinado con leche mediano para mi madre y me dice que será un mediano descafeinado de mala manera. Me callo porque tengo educacion. Después pido una cocacola y me pone un vaso de papel. La digo q si me puede poner un hielo y le dice a otro q conocía ella q pasó por delante mío que está hasta las narices y me pone el hielo. Pedí dos trozos de tarta y como no entraba todo en la bandeja me pone el café torcido encima de la tarta. Y hala! Con todo ello a la mesa sin limpiar que nos tuvimos que cambiar a al mes del callejón bastante deprimente. No creo que sean precios como para recibir ese trato y con falta de limpieza. Gallofa an its stores are always great, good products, great costumer service. But I give 3 stars to this particular store as a claim to the heat inside the store, not to us the costumers but as a sense of humanity to their personnel, they do not deserve to work under such conditions.
