Polite staff and wonderfully cooked food. The risotto I ordered was so tasty, perfectly prepared. My second plate was duck, which was so tender that it fell off the bone as you put your fork to it. The cous cous that accompanied it was equally delicious. The carrot cake I had for dessert was great, though I would’ve added a bit more frosting in between layers. Overall, and especially for the day menu price, I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant.

Plenty of tables to choose from on a Friday night. Nice decor and staff very friendly. We had seen some pictures of rice dishes but the waitress explained that they are normally offered at lunchtime in the menu del dia. She did however enquire with the chef and let us know we could also order a mushroom risotto (that isn't on the evening menu). We had tasty Rabas, Baos and some tacos and a lovely white wine.

PELAYOPELAYO

No suelo hacer reseñas, pero cuando un lugar lo merece me parece de justicia. Acudimos dos personas y tras valorar la carta y el menú, nos decantamos por el segundo (23,5€/pax). De primero ambos nos pedimos arroz negro de calamares, langostinos, chipirón y alioli suave: espectacular. La ración era enorme y estaba riquísimo. Para el segundo lubina y tomates cántabros -nos dejaron pedir dos primeros-. También de 10. En mi caso pedí la lubina al horno y no podía estar mas tierna y fresca, además de ser una ración muy abundante. De postre la tarta de queso estaba súper tierna y el tiramisú de sobao, que estaba buenísimo. La atención fue muy ordenada y atenta, ofreciéndonos más pan sin coste extra más de una vez. Es un menú que no es precisamente barato, pero que, atendiendo a la calidad de la comida, al personal y lo agradable del establecimiento, queda perfectamente justificado. Repetiremos.

It war a very nice surprise to find this restaurant in Perines Santander,. We were lost without an idea about where to go to eat a menu on a Sunday. The food was quality, amazing presentation, original for a Menu. Good afordable price 22 Euros per person. The staff very friedly and helpful. Totally recomended it. I will visit...
