Really poor experience. I went on a sunny Sunday morning excited about this new cafeteria with a bit more special food then you normally find it in Sevilla.
Everything was full. So I asked the waitress if I can ask a guy which was sitting alone in a 4 seats table, if I might join him (In Berlin and every other big city it’s the most normal thing). She told me that she doesn’t care and can ask the guy. I asked the guy and he was really friendly and said that I can join him.
The waitress came now and instead of offering the menu she started to talk bad about me in Spanish with the guy and laughed because I joined his table.
She took my order very grumpy which included an orange juice. Later she brought the stuff I ordered all time looking unfriendly saying nothing. The orange juice tasted very strong to other fruits ( including apple which I am allergic to), so I asked here if it’s maybe a smoothie which came by accident. She answered one word, took it away and brought some minutes later commentless the same thing. ( later I saw inside, that the juices are made all in the same machine without cleaning in between, so it will be always some kind of random smoothie. Which is maybe fine, but not if you are allergic to one of the ingredients).
During her last visit in the table she started the SECOND time to talk bad about me with the guy, explaining him that she told me I can not sit there and so on. Everything in Spanish and she knew that I speak Spanish as well and made me feel really uncomfortable.
Its a pity that this rockabilly waitress destroyed my stay there. Maybe otherwise would be a nice place. As I saw she put fart face all time also with other customers thinking she is cool. Maybe the staff should get some kind Of training how to...

We've been waiting outside for breakfast.. way to long (1,5 hours) The company has little space and they also work with reservations. We noticed from outside that they work with reservations because if all the empty tables, that stayed empty for at least 30 minutes. When it finally was our turn they wanted us to sit outside in the cold. We had to discuss for a table for 2 inside. We didn't accept a table outdoors after standing in the cold for so long . Eventually we did get a table, but still... Waiting for the food also took forever, just poor service.
The food was good, but talking about service and efficiency, it would be less frustrating if there is some communication to the waiting people when customers leave about the waiting time. If there is less space, table reservation is unnecessary, especially in summer, I can't even imagine or.. if you do, just do it only when we speak about group reservation, it would save a lot of criticism
We've been to other places, filo's for example. System works perfect, good service, efficient. No frustration of disappointed customers..Only happy ones!
Sorry, but it's is just a tip! Also for potential new customers
Filo it is!!

Read moreAn adorable little place with good food and amazing staff. It was a team of basically all women and they were cool and friendly. Pretty inside but def would’ve loved an outside table if any had been open.
The iberico ham on the Andalusian toast was perfection. The bread was also delicious. The green juice was very fresh though for “cold press” I wish it had been colder.
My companion got an avocado bagel and is a feta hater. The server offered for him to sub another cheese or a tomato instead which was a nice touch. We’re from nyc so the bagel was an odd choice on his part, and the review is that obviously if you’re expecting a “bagel” of any quality relating to the tri state area while in Seville, or europe at all, you’re a fool. So that obviously wasn’t the expectation. But this bagel was described as “more like a roll, but tasted good”. Which, compared to a bagel recently tested in Manchester, England, was a 5 star review.
Highly recommend and the menu has many options. The table next to us had everything from pancakes to bowls and it all...
