Reverso Gastrobar — Restaurant in Seville

EVERYONE PLEASE AVOID!!!!!!!! My partner and I came here as we were staying in the hotel, with not much around we decided to give it ago. Straight away the staff seemed like they hated working there and were unpleasant.

The food is reheated and old. When we were waiting for our food, we saw two tables send their food back. I wouldn’t be surprised if the food was reheated from the people sending their food back.

I ordered the burrito, and my partner the burger. Was absolutely disgusting. We are from Australia, so we don’t mind our steaks/meats on the rarer side but my partners burger was RAW. The chicken in my burrito seemed like it was 3 days old and reheated. Even the fries were stale!!! How can you even mess up fries??!??

For the second day in a row, we order food with more then 2 people and 1 got his food fast, the other had to wait a long time. It’s not normal to have to watch the other person eat while you order at the same time and come to eat together. When I told the people in the restaurant there was no responds, this lack of professionalisme is not okey for a 4 star hotel. It’s crazy that they don’t see the problem and almost took away my food! Service is not even worth 1 star, if you don’t want to work here don’t trow it down to the customer! We want a good and easy stay but for the food it’s only okey for breakfast other wise there is no service or you get your food when your table is on dessert! Never...

For hotel food, it's quite good! The prices are surprisingly reasonable, and the portions are large. The seating is very spacious and comfortable. You can also get your own tap water, which is very difficult to find in Spain.
