Amazing artisan bakery, conveniently located in a cozy village almost in the middle of the island. You will be welcomed by Simon and Maria, who will make sure you have the best and the freshest bread, as well as the loveliest conversation either in English, Spanish or German. Unlike many other bakeries, opening hours are very convenient (second half of the day). S’ERA offers pre-order service, which is highly recommended to make sure you aren’t left without bread. My personal favorites are Llubiner (delicious sourdough with olives and herbs) and Bover d’estiu (sweet rolls with dried fruit, nuts and cinnamon). When in Mallorca - make sure you visit this lovely bakery (pre-order a couple of yummy breads) and enjoy!

Der exzellente Butterstollen mit Aprikosen&Datteln und die Franzbrötchen mit Fenchel sind eine Deutsch-Mallorquinische Fusion denn der Mallorquinische Bäcker hat viele Jahre in Norddeutschland gebacken. Da die Öffnungszeiten zur Zeit noch von 15-19Uhr begrenzt sind, empfehle ich nach dem Markt das sehr gute und preiswerte Mittagsmenü gegenüber im Bar S'Estacio. Panadería de pueblo MUY recomendable, fácil de no reconocer pero quien haya probado el pan de masa madre aquí siempre volverá. El excelente Stollen con albaricoques y dátiles y el 'Franzbrötchen' con hinojo son una fusión aleman-mallorquina porque el panadero mallorquín llevaba muchos años horneando en el norte de Alemania. Dado que el horario de apertura está limitado actualmente de las 15:00 a 19:00, recomiendo, después del mercado, el menú del día muy bueno y económico que se ofrece enfrente en el Bar S'Estacio.

El mejor pan de Mallorca. Venia hoy por recomendacion de un amigo. Y es delicioso el pan - que me accordaba ahora por que me gusta tanto la cena alemana tipica que se llama "Abendbrot". Entre mi amor por Arroz brut, sopas mallorquínas y mucho más que me gusta aquí una cosa se hecha de menos: El pan Alemán... Pues ahora solucionado.Estoy en con mi quarta rebanada de pan con queso de cabra. Que ricccoooo. Es exactamente como lo hacia mi abuela del mar baltico que dejó la masa dormir una noche antes de hornearla. Estoy enamoradissimo.
