After a long day on the Camino and coming in late they seated and served us lunch anyway (thankful). Not all the items were available, but that was fine. Our first course of salads were very good, tasty, and generous portions. The house red wine was very good. We had lunch and dinner here, the food was delicious. We had the spring salad, peppers and paella, then pizza for dinner. Everything was fresh and cooked beautifully. Service was fantastic, even though they were busy at lunch they always made sure to serve us in a friendly manner. We had a sensational dinner here. After 5 weeks of walking Camino del Norte we agreed it was one of the best meals we had - and a wonderful surprise. We had the lentil soup, the padron peppers and the grilled prawns - absolutely the best we’ve had in years (including in Sydney where we live). Also a delicious Santiago tart with caramel sauce (and Hierbes liquor!) to finish. Generous servings and lovely staff. Seriously good food...
