Paparazzi Ristorante — Restaurant in Son Servera

First of all, I need to admit the food is great. Nonetheless, the service behind is bad to the bone. It all began at day, when we tried to book a table for 7+baby. They said no reservations are taken. We then arrived quarter to 7p, to be 3rd group waiting for getting in (they open at 7p). Noticed at least 4 tables with signes 'reserved'. What a bunch of liars. We went in and waited 30mins to get served. All Groups behind us got served and I was about to get up leaving when the only waiter approached us. Just to mention that there were 4 of them, but only one was allowed to pass the menu, collect orders or bring missing forks. The other 3 were answering they are not allowed to bring this or that. Anyway, we finally made our orders and of course he f...ked up as if he was on 24h shift. One of us got her starter plate together with the main plate, although 4 other starters came in as starters. My starter (salad) came with no olive bottle and no bread. Luckily salt 'N pepper were served, wow. Another person got its dish (Carbonara) without the spoon and 3 of us got their pizza but only 2 received knifes. Nice view, near port. Very nice tables. We drank beer and had a couple starters. It was good, nothing special. I tried carpacio and burata salad. Carppacio was very acidic, and buratta was just cheese with a couple tomatoes. Then we ordered tiramisu. Also, nothing special.The staff is not very nice. We were checking the menu at first and looking for a table to sit at. The lady that was in front did not say anything, so naturally, we sat where we liked. It was the middle of the day too. Not very busy. I sat at the bigger table, and the other waiter quickly came and said that we couldn't sit there. We are at a table for 14 people. It was very strange because during our visit here, no one sat at the table where we first wanted to sit. I did not like the service here or the overall vibe. Hope your experiance is better here. Our first time to this wonderful restaurant. We sat outside and enjoyed the warm evening air. There were people walking but and it was busy but we felt perfectly comfortable at our table taking in the beautiful views and watching the sun goes down. The service was a little slow to start but probably due to lots of people coming at once. Overall the staff were very friendly, attentive, helpful and able to give good recommendations too. The food was excellent, fresh and flavoursome, as was the wine. It was reasonably priced and overall we felt very happy with the whole experience.
