They say it opens at 10.00 but at 11.00 is still closed. Considering the owner reply I will specify... no ... I am not a profet... simply its not the first time that I try to have breakfast there at 10.00 and sometimes its not possible even at 11.00. That's why I am given one star. One thing is for something like that to happen one day ... another is to happen every day. That's just lack of respect for clients. And bottom line you should start by regreting that your weren't open on time, regardless if it was 10.15, 10.30 or 11.00. If you can't keep your schedule, change it... and maybe it would also be interesting to answer camplains in a more professional way. You dont need to have bad reviews. Just need to answer to...

Wow. Where to begin? Visited 9 August. Ordered the red tuna. Waited 2 hours only to be told they didn’t have any! I ended up leaving g without eating (the rest of my group were served but only after a 1.5 to 2 hour wait). The setting is lovely. Staff friendly (and very apologetic). Service however is beyond appalling. They had one person in the kitchen and they carry little stock and are not set up to cater for more than the odd snack. Expensive too for what it is. Perhaps fine for a quick bite and drink post beach - but if you want a proper meal look...

Muy mal trato recibido por parte del personal de este local Tras pedir la segunda consumición y apoyarla en una mesa cuya superficie estaba en parte deformada y no era lo suficientemente estable, vino una racha fuerte de viento y tiró la cerveza prácticamente llena. El camarero me dijo que tras consultar al encargado no me pondría otra . Reclamé su presencia y tras tratarme con muy poca educación, vino el gerente y me dijo q esa no es su culpa y yo le dije que él no es responsable del viento pero si de tener la mesa así . Al final cerró la conversación diciendo que me ponía la consumición como a modo de favor como si yo fuera sacando cervezas gratis con excusas Se quedó hablando con la mesa de al lado que eran conocidos y empezó a comentar ( con tono elevado para que lo oyera) cosas como q estos turistas son gente de medio pelo porque el que tiene dinero no viene aquí en julio y agosto Señor llevo 20 años viniendo a Tarifa,soy funcionaria con un salario estupendo y son los meses en los que tengo vacaciones, además de Navidad, (fecha en la q no voy a venir aquí pq hay otros viajes por el mundo más atractivos en esas fechas )y Semana Santa y a veces he venido pero tengo destinos bastante interesantes a los q también ir, esa es la suerte de disponer de tiempo y dinero Pero no porque nos traten de turistillas, vamos a permitirles algunos de sus abusos Si esta queja recibe réplica del gerente, con sus razonamientos, expresiones y vocabulario ya se darán cuenta de lo que hablo...
