AZIZA COPENHAGUEN | HALAL 100% — Restaurant in Tarragona

We had dinner at AZIZA COPENHAGUEN | HALA, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. I ordered the fish soup, which literally tasted like tomato purée mixed with water, with just one shrimp in it. I also ordered the taco mix, but instead of a mix of chicken, meat, and fries as you would expect, it only contained fries – basically like eating a bread roll filled with fries. It was not tasty at all.

When we mentioned this to the owner, she reacted in a very unprofessional and unfriendly way. Instead of asking what was wrong or trying to solve the issue, she simply said that if we didn’t like it, that was our problem. This is not how you treat customers.

In short: poor quality food and unfriendly service. Definitely not...

Zaak is goed schoon. Wat echt een pluspunt is hier. De aanwezige personeel netjes en beleefd.

Maar…….

Een schotel ( plato ) bestellen betekent alleen het stukje kip of vlees of zalm eten. De salade is deels niet eetbaar maar meer decor. En de friet is heel erg slap.

Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is ver te zoeken. Is echt te duur een zalm schotel met een heel dun lapje zalm voor €12,- terwijl je de friet en salade niet echt kunt eten.

Mix schotel voor €9,- krijg je 1 spiesje kip zonder zout en 1 spiesje gehakt en dan zoals op de foto de friet en salade waar je weinig aan hebt

Niet echt aangeraden als je goed wilt eten om gevuld te raken

De kapsalon en kipburger zijn goed en netjes qua prijs. Voor de rest zou ik niet snel wat anders bestellen.

Ik ben ervan overtuigd dat de personeel het beste wilt en dat respecteer ik. Want zijn heel beleefd. Maar ben verplicht om eerlijk te zijn over de kwaliteit...

I enjoyed eating with my family eating in this place. The menu has many choices. The food was delicious, we ordered sandwiches, burger and kapsalon. The place is clean and the service is fabulous. Next time I come back to tarragone, I will sure go eat...
