La Cantonada — Restaurant in Tarragona

The “La Cantonada” is located directly at an intersection of 2 relatively noise road. You can eat either inside or outside. The outside area is filthy - the ground is covered in grease - chairs and tables are made from metal and have been filthy too.

The service was acceptable but not utterly friendly.

The food was average - prices acceptable compared to the value of what you get.

If you want to experience something special it wouldn’t be the place to go …

This place is incredible. Let me explain. There was a swimming competition in Tarragona today. All...mean ALL... restaurants were absolutely empty (no, sir, everything is reserved), or absolutely full. These guys were full, but found places for my family. While we were sitting there, they started to bring more umbrellas and tables. They were really agile.

My children were well-fed, and we arrived at the swimming pool in time. Thank you...

Un servicio pésimo nada mas llegar tardaron casi media hora en atendernos,el camarero que nos atendió estaba en la mismísima Parra no se encontraba ni a el mismo,le tuve que decir yo que limpiara la mesa porque la tenían súper sucia luego le tuve que decir que retirara las cartas después de un rato de haber pedido la cena, pedimos un pincho de tortilla y lo traen congelado las bravas y los montaditos no estaban nada mal pero los chipirones creo que aún los están pescando porque al final después de 1hora 45 minutos le tuve que decir que me trajera la cuenta que ya no los quería le pido 2 medianas y me trae quintos no trae vasos no traen servilletas se las pides y traen 2 servilletas para 4 personas la tortilla era una cuña para 4 en vez de traerla troceada ahí con el tenedor compartiendo fluidos menos mal que quedo en familia bueno seguiría pero solo decir que no...
