Friendly service, nice outdoor area and good location. The fish of the day was good, the “salad” is a no go. The menu pollo came with a bad fish soup (very watery), the chicken was good but not seasoned, bitter lettuce and no real dressing, it didn’t taste fresh at all. The restrooms were not maintained, in the women’s restroom was a turd in the toilet and the flush knob was gone. The men’s restroom didn’t have soap. I would say 2.5 stars is probably the best rating, but this isn’t possible, so I gave 3.

La comida bastante buena, el servicio pésimo. Hemos llegado a las 13:30 éramos los primeros. Al cabo de un ratito de nuestra llegada viene mucha más gente que les llegan a servir antes que nosotros, lo hicieron sobre las 14:30 aproximadamente. Los primeros platos llegaron sobre las 14:50 cuando los demás ya estaban servidos. A la vez comenzó a soplar el viento con ceniza de la erupción. Al menos fueron capaces de darnos con rapidez un sitio dentro para no comer ceniza de la erupción cuando empezó a soplar fuerte el viento. Pero una vez a dentro las cosas no mejoraron. Pedimos dos veces limón para el segundo plato y no nos lo trajeron. Por último fuimos a pedir el postre a un camarero que nos dijo que esperamos que su compañero nos atendía en breves minutos, por supuesto el camarero no llegó. Hartos al final fuimos a las 16:00 a pedir la cuenta a la caja y nos marchamos sin tomar postre ni café. En total casi 80 € por solo un plato (para mi) y un primero y un segundo para mis padres más 4 cervezas y una botella de agua de medio litro. Que esa es otra, pedimos una botella de 1,5L y dijeron que solo tenían de 0,5L y de cristal y cuando entramos dentro vimos que habían botellas de 1,5L y de plástico. Sin duda demasiado dinero para un servicio tan desorganizado.

Very good impressions: the location is gorgeous, the waiters are very polite, friendly and attentive, the food was great. We chose the menu of the day, for 10 euro we had a fish soup included, the fish of the day with wrinkled potatoes and Mojo sauce, a drink and a coffee included. Great for the price we paid. The extra desert was incredibly delicious as well! I totally recommend this place!

The restaurant was very busy and the quality of the food and wine was superb. However, the quality of the service was very poor due to insufficient staff. The staff were under immense pressure which meant that customers were waiting for tables, waiting for orders to be taken and waiting to pay. We waited fifteen minutes to order a dessert and finally went to the till and waited in a queue to pay for our food. Half hour after leaving the restaurant we noticed that our table still hadn't been cleared and the customers looked...

Fuimos desde la isla de Tenerife a visitar la isla de la Palma, buscando lugares especiales y entre ellos "kiosko Montecarlo" ... Llegamos al negocio con las mejores expectativas y al recibir la carta (menú) nos vamos directamente a lo que queríamos comer, los chopitos, ofertados por ración (8 euros) y en una tabla con más productos y a un precio de 19 euros. Nos decidimos a pedir una ración de Chopitos y más productos y es allí donde viene el detalle que me llevó a escribir esta reseña. Resulta que me informa el camarero del negocio que no es posible la ración de Chopitos pero que si pido la tabla variada, si me viene con Chopitos... ES UNA VERDADERA LÁSTIMA QUE UN NEGOCIO JUEGUE CON LOS CLIENTES OFRECIENDO EN SU CARTA UN PRODUCTO QUE LUEGO TE OBLIGAN A CONSUMIRLO DE UNA FORMA ENGAÑOSA CON UN PRECIO MAS ELEVADO Y CON PRODUCTOS QUE NO QUERÍAMOS CONSUMIR...

ESTO SIN TENER EN CUENTA LOS 3,50 EUROS POR UN PLATO DE PAPAS FRITAS Y 3,50 EUROS POR UN PLATO PEQUEÑO QUE PAPAS ARRUGADAS.

UN LUGAR DONDE NO REPETIRÍA Y DONDE NO RECOMENDARÍA IR. SUS PRECIOS ESTÁN EXPUESTOS EN LA CARTA ASÍ QUE PUEDEN CONFIRMAR LO QUE DIGO. PERO AL IGUAL QUE COBRAN LOS PRECIOS DE LA CARTA (3,50 POR LAS PAPAS) PUES QUE ME RESPETEN EL PRECIO Y FORMATO DE LOS CHOPITOS (8 EUROS RACIÓN)... EN FIN, V0LVEREMOS A LA PALMA PERO JAMÁS AL...
