The only good thing about this café is its stunning location—everything else is a complete disaster.

The staff is extremely slow, uninterested, and downright rude. I ordered a coffee with milk, and after stirring it, I found a piece of paper in my cup. I politely asked for a new one and explained what had happened, but the waitress just rolled her eyes and brought me another coffee without a word. When I asked for an extra sugar, she refused and said I could only get one if I ordered another coffee.

Absolutely unacceptable service. I strongly recommend avoiding this place...

No idea why people say the restaurants at the tourist attractions here are good, to our experience so far, only for coffee or a cold drink and such. Prices are as expected in no correlation to quality nor quantity. We had 2 smoothies which were OK (5€ each...) a local vegie burger of prickly pear - eatable at best, looking good though - 8,50€ without any sidedish, sidedish of the canary potatoes was 4,50€ but unlike other places was over salted and the sauces were not homemade... Nice view and decor,...

We gave up on this place after being ignored by waiting staff for a good 20mins. Went in twice to try and order good and drinks, ignored, eventually yold they would order at the table but it was too little too late. Especially seeing people who arrived after us ordering first. We instead decided to visit the Asadero De Pollos Guenia having read their reviews and I'd highly recommend going there instead of staying in the cactus garden. Clearly they don't want to cater for tourists or people wanting to...
