Restaurante Atalaya Torla — Restaurant in Torla-Ordesa

This is what any restaurant should aspire to be! I was greeted by the incredibly friendly team and given great advice on the menu - the mushroom croquettes with their sweet pepper sauce are an absolute must, and the fried dogfish was a delightful surprise that rivaled any fried fish dish I've had before. The duck gyozas were so great by themselves they didn't even need the sauce they came with, and the salad of bacalao, almonds and onions was just wonderfully refreshing and felt like a dish someone had put a lot of thought into. But the highlight of the night was definitely the chuletòn - I've eaten many, but this was certainly one of the best. Perfectly cooked, the fat soft, the outside charred, the meat incredibly juicy... I did not want it to end. Space for dessert? Not really, but there was a cheesecake to be tried, and I did not regret it: like a cloud indeed! We arrived in Torla expecting to have a quick piece of pizza for lunch, but, instead, stumbled into Atalaya. Incredible experience. The food is beautiful and unusual. We had a plate of sliced tomatoes in olive oil and vinegar, sprinkled with homemade cottage cheese (delicious) and flash-fried crushed black olives (something completely new in our food experience). Main dish was a beautifully grilled lamb brochette (perfect heat, not one bit dried out) with deliciously-spiced couscous, and a side of a yogurt-style sauce. The bag of bread was terrific and the green olives at the beginning of the meal were a perfect starter. Plus the menu is extremely varied. We wish we could have eaten more. Joel, our server, was a delight, as was the restaurant proprietor. We sat in the inner courtyard and could not have enjoyed ourselves more. We are likely to go back before we leave Torla! Highly...

Pues yo soy Miguel, el camarero que durante el mes de Julio intentó prestar el mejor servicio posible ya que lo mío es vocación, aprendí los valores de servicio en los mejores Restaurantes de Barcelona y siempre los llevaré conmigo. Agradeceros a tod@s los comensales que me disteis la oportunidad de prestaros un servicio de calidad que en la reseña os acordéis de mi...Mil gracias!!! Lamentablemente la empresa decidió unilateralmente prescindir de mis servicios por no aceptar con condiciones laborables ilegales y abusivas, cosa que nunca toleraré dado que para mí el valor humano es muy importante en cualquier empresa. Dicho esto, pues sigo esperando que me paguen desde el día 2 de Agosto...Lamentable...

Para denunciar que robais a los trabajadores me parece el sitio ideal, si no gusta lo que debéis hacer es pagar al personal y dejar de robar y explotar...Por cierto, gracias me va de lujo dirijo un Restaurante de prestigio en Aragón...Preparaos para la inspección que está al caer...

La verdad que me entristece que cada cliente que va engañado pague una cuenta para contribuir a la explotación de los trabajadores que necesitan pagar su renta y nevera para los niñ@s...Este grupo de delincuentes laborales que se hacen llamar hosteleros no pagan ni el salario mínimo de convenio, te obligan a trabajar por 1200€ 48 horas semanales y si protestas te despiden y no te finiquitan, de hecho no te facilitan ni documentación como la nómina...Al final tenemos que ocupar horas de Juzgado para cobrar..Y yo me pregunto? Y los jóvenes que por falta de información no denuncian? Pues sencillo, ese porcentaje se lo llevan calentito para cubrir gastos...Pues conmigo la has cagado Manuel de Más que pinxos de Madrid....Nos vemos en sede Judicial listo!!!!...
