McDonald's — Restaurant in Tortosa

It was a little busy but no great queues of people. We ordered coffee with our meal which was prepared quickly and then left to sit in the preparation area for 10 minutes for the rest of the order. Everything was cold! The addition of McCafe is nice but not when charging 1.70 for a standard cafe con leche. A gourmet caramel macciato is the same price! It makes no sense especially when the same coffee before Christmas was only a euro. Cold food and feeling ripped off. My regular visits are now curtailed. I have already walked out of other McDonald's for this ridiculous system. No one goes to McDonalds for a gourmet experience charging way more than local prices. I'll get my coffee...

We were the fisrt customers in the place today, and they really weren't ready for customers. my coffee and my wife's beer sat on the side in the food prep area for 20mins so the coffee went cold and the beer went flat. and to cap it all my wifes big mac wasn't even hot enough to melt the cheese and she found a long dark hair inside the burger. After ordering our meals it took 15 minutes for us to be told that they had no carbonated drinks. Offered us coffees or water. By the time the coffee was made and delivered with our food.
