Carrillida de cerdo ample portion size, tender and very flavoursome, Bacalou en Tempura con salsa again good portion size with light batter, only criticism I would have preferred to have the salsa/ sauce on the side to retain the crispness of the batter, I will ask the waitress the next time I visit. The other people in the group had Solomillo de cerdo pepper sauce and a blue cheese sauce, pork was plentiful and very tender, both sauces were excellent....
