Taberna Los Velez — Restaurant in Vélez-Rubio

We ate here twice. The waiter was impatient and rude on the night of Fiestas del Carmen with my family. One portion of pinchos was burnt and the the other was raw. The chips were cold. However, the aubergine and croquettes were delicious. My son and I went back the next day as we wanted the croquettes again, and they were really good, we also had calamari and this was also delicious. Amazing place, now my local, the calamari and berenjenas con miel are outstanding and very cheap. The plates are huge too, they have plenty of seating and a outdoor barbecue.

We had 8 bottles of beer, 2 huge plates of tapas, the calamari and berenjenas and a coffee for $26 euros.
