We ordered two classic burgers and one portion of fries — just plain fries. However, the fries arrived with something that contained ham (pork), which we don’t eat, so we immediately sent them back.
A big part of the confusion stemmed from the lack of an English menu. For a city like Valencia, having at least an English option should be standard. It was genuinely difficult to understand the menu or communicate clearly.
As for the burgers — they were the worst I’ve ever had. I honestly couldn’t tell what kind of meat was used. The taste was awful, and the texture made it seem like they had used parts such as Angus nerve and cartilage or something equally unappetizing. I couldn’t finish mine.
After we were done eating, I went to the restroom. While I was gone, they brought out another portion of fries — this time without pork — but by then our meal was already over. That felt quite frustrating and poorly timed.
When I went to pay, they tried to charge us for the fries. I explained that we hadn’t eaten any: the first portion had pork, and the second came far too late. I wasn’t even aware it had been brought to the table. Naturally, I declined to pay for it.

Totalmente...
