Best place to eat a Paella in València (El Palmar) The quality of the food is wonderful and the service was awesome! We ordered “clotxines” which are valencian mussels, super fresh and tasty, xipironet, a deep fried small squid, a seeafood paella which was the best I have ever had! For dessert we had cheesecake and brownie, all homemade and delicious. If you are looking for traditional valencian homemade food, you must try this place! It is not far from the city, you can either go with public transport or rent a car, but it’s totally worth it! You can also enjoy the wonderful magic of the Albufera, see the rice fields and then go to enjoy the sea and nature of the Devesa del Saler beach.

I had the tartare de atún and my husband the paella with chicken and rabbit - both so fresh and delicious. We were served a little boca to start, and a bit of cake with a digestif to end a very...
