Best place to eat a Paella in València (El Palmar) The quality of the food is wonderful and the service was awesome! We ordered “clotxines” which are valencian mussels, super fresh and tasty, xipironet, a deep fried small squid, a seeafood paella which was the best I have ever had! For dessert we had cheesecake and brownie, all homemade and delicious. If you are looking for traditional valencian homemade food, you must try this place! It is not far from the city, you can either go with public transport or rent a car, but it’s totally worth it! You can also enjoy the wonderful magic of the Albufera, see the rice fields and then go to enjoy the sea and nature of the Devesa del Saler beach.

Found this amazing restaurant by accident! How lucky am I! Was greeted by Lola, she's great ànd was very welcoming. As a solo traveller trying to book a table, can be quite difficult at Spanish restaurant especially menus are for minimum 2 people. E.g. Paella, fish dishes. I ordered a tomato, fresh tuna ànd ànchovy sàlad foŕ stàrters ànd a prawn, veg paella for 2 haha ate half in restaurant ànd rest of to take away. El Sequer de Tonica is lovely spot away from all of the tourist spots in northern El Palmer, with comfortable seating indoors and out, and wonderful food and presentation.
