Terrible service. I called them the day before, and noone responded. I went on the day at 15:20, they told me it’s full house. I asked that it’s my last day and i really wanted to try their food; they didn’t accept me to eat at the bar which was empty. There was a table half empty who finished their food, I offered to ask them if I could eat at their table, they said they wouldn’t allow me to ask them. Possibly the best food I've had in the Canary Islands. Each dish was prepared with attention to detail and incredible sauces. The ingredients were fresh, and the meat was perfectly cooked. The service was also outstanding, both attentive and kind. The only thing I didn't love was that the covid signs and distancing notices were still posted. It's not an issue at all, but the only bad thing I can say.

I probably will never visit El Hierro again, but I would recommend anyone going...

Buenos días, Le repito, lo peor de las islas , le respondo.

Gracias por aclarar la grasa del pan, le recuerdo que la margarina es una grasa artificial poco recomendable. El pan es pan , no es pan con grasa a la plancha.

Los 2 entrantes eran sopas/purés y fue lo único q nos comimos completamente. Con el Segundo usted nos asustó al describirnos los platos pues todos todos llevaban salsas por encima, por eso pedimos 1 parrillada para compartir, pero resulta que nos la sirven en un plato tipo bol con una base importante de patatas fritas ( no se si congeladas o no) estaban muy blandas, con aceites y encima unos trocines ( como los dados de pan) de 2 o 3 carnes todo mezclado, calculo unos 150 gr. de carne, todo sabía a lo mismo y encima más salsa!!!! Y cilantro imposible de separar , junto a ese amasijo tres rodajitas finas de tomate, eso cuesta 15€ ,un ROBO y una auténtica vergüenza. Les pedimos un vino de la casa y nos trajeron una botella que en la nota fueron 24€ un robo también pues no tenía calidad para ese precio. Y a pesar del hambre que teníamos tampoco pedimos postres por las fotos q vimos .

Llevamos 10 días en las islas y es la única valoración negativa q hemos hecho, la hice yo porque a mi Mujer le daba verguenza describir ese desastre y es injusto NO describir la experiencia para q la conozcan otros clientes. En sus manos está mejorar , aunque por su...
