El Crosanet — Restaurant in Vic

We have visited this liitle restaurant a few times for various services-eat in, take out, and phone orders. The pastries they serve on the terrace or prepare for taking home are fresh and have a good consistency. The sandwiches taste great eaten right away or heated up again later in the day. Service is friendly and they currently clean the tables and chair seats between customers. We enjoy going with the whole family and it is a great budget...

This place got a nice renovation and expansion and we definitely noticed! We were going to this place for brunch as a halfway point from Barcelona to the north of spain, to the Pyrenees or Costa Brava as it was a nice town on the way

Volíem prendre un cafè sol aquest matí i hem estat esperant deu minuts a la barra sense que ningú ens digués res, tot i haver-hi cinc o sis persones darrere el taulell. De sobte, ha aparegut una senyora, semblava la mestressa o l’encarregada, de dintre la cuina i amb molt mala educació ha fet fora a dos clients que estaven a la barra i veient el la situació li hem comentat que estaven oferint molt mal servei. Tot seguit, ha començat a cridar-nos dient que estaven desbordats. Crec que l’organització del personal podria millorar, estaven descoordinats i la senyora només els transmetia nerviosisme i mala organització. En conclusió, el crosanet ens ha ofert un molt mal servei i atenció i sembla ser que enlloc de rectificar encara escridassen els possibles clients....
