Hacienda del Machado: A Feast for the Senses and a Romp for the Taste Buds!
Hacienda del Machado, a genuine Brazilian steakhouse (rodízio) in Vigo, is an absolute must-visit for the carnivores among us. We magically morphed a work weekend into a celebration at the hotel Attica 21, stumbling upon this hidden gem right next door. We were welcomed by Mr. José, who set us on a taste adventure starting with the immaculately seasoned “carpaccio de solomilho” and the perfect caipirinhas suggested by our delightful waitress, Andreia.
The meats, served by the ever-surprising Bruno, were grilled to sheer perfection, with a special shout-out to the delicious tri-tip Maminha. A grilled pineapple dessert, served with caramel sauce and a sprinkle of cinnamon, along with an encore performance of the 43 digestif with plant-based cream was the grand finale to our gastronomic revelry.
A heartfelt cheer to Mr. Machado and his team for a truly memorable evening! If you're in Vigo, don't just walk, sprint to Hacienda del Machado for an unforgettable culinary...

This is my only summary: the food is good, but for what you get it’s quite expensive - you are prone to say yes to all extras just because service is very friendly and it’s just hard to say No. but beware the final bill would be higher than you think.
I enjoyed the experience but I would...

The carpaccio was on the table after seconds. We ordered immediately the 35€ menu which is the one with red meat only. There is a certain push to order drinks. At the end, we were offered only 2 real kind of beef. Pichana and the other one described as the top of the entrecôte. Meat is savory, however, the strong taste of garlic on every piece of meat was overwhelming. All in all, fun place to go together with friends. Maybe not the right place when looking specifically for a...
