Restaurant TEXAS STEAKHOUSE — Restaurant in Vila-seca

Hello, yesterday after a hard day we came with my family and a child to this place to have a bite to eat. A few words about the child, our daughter is very sociable, and sometimes her sociability scares us because the child goes to all strangers, we are trying to wean the child from this! But what was surprising was that when we wanted to seat the child so that she could eat, the staff called the daughter all the time, they came up and took her away to play, the male employee told the daughter to wave to us and they say he was taking her away from us, we were against it, the child naturally cried and was naughty because she was called and we asked to sit down to eat. It was shocking when the woman who works there took the child away and fed some food without permission, after which, as we left, the child vomited, everything and gave ice cream without asking us, we didn’t like it because the child had a temperature for three days and she couldn’t no ice cream! Naturally, I took the child and we left this place, maybe the staff wanted to seem friendly, but it went beyond all the limits, you need to understand that not all parents want their child to be entertained somehow, and without permission to feed a small child with anything !!!! In addition, as we understood, there was the son of one of the employees who began to hit our daughter hard on the head! Здравствуйте, вчера после тяжелого дня мы пришли с семьей и ребенком в данное заведение перекусить. Немного слов о ребенке, дочка у нас очень общительная, и порой ее общительность нас пугает ибо ребенок идет ко всем незнакомым людям, от этого мы пытаемся отучить ребенка! Но удивило вот что, когда мы хотели усадить ребенка чтоб она поела, персонал все время звал дочку, подходили и уводили ее играть, мужчина сотрудник сказал дочке помахать нам рукой и мол он ее забирает у нас, мы были против, ребенок естественно плакал и капризничал потому что ее звали и мы просили посидеть поесть. Привело в шок когда женщина которая там работает увела ребенка и накормила какой то едой без разрешения, после чего как мы ушли ребенка вырвало, ко всему и дала мороженное не спросив нас, нам это не понравилось ибо у ребенка три дня была температура и ей нельзя было никакого мороженного! Я естественно забрала ребенка и мы покинули это место, может персонал хотел показатся дружелюбным но это першло все грани, нужно понимать что не все родители хотят чтобы их ребенка как то развлекли, и без разрешения кормили чем либо маленького ребенка!!!! Ко всему как мы поняли там был сын одного из сотрудников который начал сильно ударять нашу...

Our 1st night in resort we visited this lovely restaurant. The food was beautiful and we both really enjoyed. We both ordered curry however the menu offers mild or hot so I asked if one could be made medium which was no problem and was great. Service in here is fantastic, our daughter was unwell so the lady boxed her pizza and while my husband went looking for cows milk the lady called us a taxi and even helped out with milk so we had some for the little ones bottles. I would highly recommend this place and a few people in our hotel had said they had also been in and the food was amaze. Businesses like this need and deserve the support and custom in these unprecedented times. If your in the area, give it a whirl you won't be disappointed and we will definitely be returning. If you don't want to waste your time and money DO NOT GO to this restaurant. This place is not a restaurant, it's a waiting room. We've ordered sardines and paella the sardines arrived after about 40 minutes of waiting, yet they weren't cleaned properly but served as they came from the see. I had to ask for the paella twice again and it arrived after like 10-15 minutes. The suprise was that the paella wasn't cooked enough and everything was still raw in it: the rice, the sauce and some of the fishes. We ended up complaining and claiming about it then we didn't eat it at all. One hour of waiting...
