Five Guys Burgers and Fries Viladecans The Style Outlet — Restaurant in Viladecans

We went to eat, we were 4 people. At the checkout they served us very well, there was only one girl.

We went to the pick-up line, there were only 2 people in the kitchen. We waited +30 minutes for our order, and it is supposed to be a fast food service. After picking up the food, we asked about the milkshakes and apparently we had to go somewhere else, next to the cash register, to get them. Here again, since there was only 1 girl at the cash register, she had to serve us, make our shakes, and leave the cash register. She had orders piled up.

Once we sat down to eat, the burgers and fries were cold. The service was very good, but the wait and the conditions of the place were horrible. The burgers were good, within reason, but it's still quite expensive.

Rush hour, very long queue, but only 2 cooks and 1 cashier, with a waiting line to order of approximately 15 minutes and more than half an hour to pick...

I give it the stars as they get it right 50% of the time. Many times the don’t read the order correctly and include ingredients that you don’t want. By the time you get the correct food, the fries are cold. This last time they made mistakes and 3 out of 5 burgers. We waited 8-10 mins for correct order to be made and other food was cold. They need to get the soda machine calibrated correctly. As mentioned, half the time I give it 5 stars and the other half 1 star. Would be great if they could be more consistent like other 5 guys...

I was very impressed with this particular five guys. I live near some of them back in the USA. I do not go there frequently for health reasons but to reward myself when I'm traveling sometimes. This particular restaurant was a very pleasant surprise. It's located in an upscale outdoor lifestyle Mall and has outdoor seating. Everything was spotlessly clean. The food was fresh and hot.
