What an incredible experience! My catalan or spanish for that matter is nearly non existent but with the help of the english speaking staff I was able to order exactly what I wanted. The artichoke cream was out of this world. I had an out of body experience with every spoonful. It was absolutely beautiful. The suggested wine was also just the right one for me. The arroz montana was a bit too salty but the flavors were intense and satisfying. I enjoyed encountering pieces of meat with deep flavors.
