Where to start…

It has been a while since I had such a lousy experience in every aspect.

Let’s start with the service: not a single time did the totally stressed out waiter come to the table with the correct order. Not. A. Single. Time. They always walked back empty handed and were basically incapable of doing their job. We felt sorry for them.

Then the food. The pulpo itself was not bad but grossly overpriced and served on a slimy glue that was supposed to be mashed potatoes. At least it was served within 30 minutes. After 45 minutes the waiter came back with the message that they only had 2 hamburgers left instead of the 4 we ordered, offering no suggestions how to solve this. The hamburgers had blue cheese in them which wasn’t mentioned in the menu, totally ruining the taste of the burger. They did mention that the burger was “scientifically the best” and mentioned Oxford and sky scrapers. It was indeed the best in disgusting our tastebuds. At least inform your clients if you put such a specific taste in your food. The stir fry was OK, the fried eggs moderately well and the avocado and tuna salad (which they initially forgot) was drenched in very salty soy sauce.

The absolute worst was that the manager came at the end to ‘apologise’, but clearly showed that she was just doing damage control, offering no compensation and walked away as we were mid sentence. I wouldn’t have bothered writing this review if she would have handled this in a respectable and professional manner.

Lovely evening -great food. We had chicken wings and steaks which were so tender and perfectly cooked. They had an English language menu for us to look at. When there was language difficulties about how well done we wanted the steaks the waitress happily typed her question into Google translate and we were able to answer. This also worked well when we asked the waitress to order a taxi home for us. The staff couldn't have been more helpful.

Noche preciosa - gran comida. Teníamos alitas de pollo y carnes que eran tan tierna y perfectamente preparado. Tenían un menú en inglés para nosotros. Cuando había dificultades de lenguaje sobre cómo bien hecho queríamos los filetes la camarera felizmente escribió su pregunta en Google translate y pudimos responder. Esto también funcionó bien cuando pedimos la camarera para pedir un taxi casa para nosotros. El personal no podría haber sido...

Ayer estuvimos 2 familias con hijos y la experiencia fué excelente, comida de mucha calidad a buen precio, el servicio y la atención inmejorable, la decoración del lugar y el ambiente nos hizo sentir como en el salon de nuestra casa, amplitud y mesas bien separadas, servicio muy rapido y en su momento, sin amontonar platos no dejamos de comer. Mi hijo es celiaco y se preocuparon de hacerle algo de comer fuera de carta exquisito y con conocimiento de la celiaquía. LO QUE NO ENTIENDO es los comentarios anteriores sobre los niños, los niños se levantaban y sentaban durante nuestra estancia, jugaron fuera en el patio, a parte había muchos mas niños en otras mesas, y NADIE nos llamó la atencion, ni tan siquiera hizo notar que fuese el más mínimo problema, al contrario, les atendian en todo..
