FALSEADVERTISING.

We saw the sign outside saying €6 per dish and decided to give it a try. Went in the evening to find out that the €6 dishes are only available during the day. Never mind we had the main men instead which was fine.

We came back the next day and selected 2 dishes from the €6 menu. Although the picture outside showed the calamari with chips and salad it didn't state that it came with chips on the menu so I asked. Both meals arrived, mine with chips and my husband who ordered hake didn't have chips. The picture also showed tuna and egg with the salad which it didn't come with.

When the bill arrived we had been charged €3 extra for the chips. We weren't happy but couldn't be bothered to try and argue when we didn't speak the language. The food was fine just not what we...

We have just eaten here. One of our party ordered chicken wings for a starter and it was raw in the centre, at this stage the childrens’ chicken nugget meals that we ordered arrived and I checked them there were a few that were raw in the middle. The mixed grill arrived with cold potatoes. The rest of the food was ok. When the bill arrived we checked it carefully and two items were on it that we cancelled. Whilst the waiter was very apologetic there was no discount . 20 años llevo yendo a este local durante todo el año. Desde hace unos años algo ha cambiado. Para mí siempre había sido un local de 10. La comida sigue siendo muy buena. Los precios subiendo como en todos lados, ni más ni menos. Pero el servicio ya es otra cosa. Hace un tiempo estuve esperando más de una hora por un plato (el último de cuatro que pedimos). Viendo que no había clientela para justificar tanto retraso y que otros clientes que llegaron más tarde ya habían comido lo mismo, fui a preguntar y resulta que alguien había dado el pedido por servido. La última ya es de traca. Pedimos dos bocadillos. La camarera se equivoca de mesa al servirlo y se empeña en que sí son suyos aunque los clientes después de abrir los bocatas con sus manos le acabaron diciendo que no eran suyos y que se los llevarán. Yo, viendo la escena desde la mesa de al lado me lo vi venir y me fui detrás de la camarera y los bocatas. Y menos mal porque seguidamente salía otro camarero (que ejerce de responsable) con los bocatas de camino a mi mesa. Después de contarle lo sucedido y decirle que no quería comida manoseada por otros clientes y pedirle la cuenta, me la trajo, cobró lo que correspondía a lo consumido, todo con mala cara y ni una disculpa. Al menos con la primera mala experiencia el responsable de la barra se estuvo disculpando hasta que me fui y no quería cobrar nada de lo servido aunque le insisti hasta que cobró lo consumido.
