Flor De Sal was the highlight of our 28-day stay on the island, and we found ourselves returning multiple times to sample more of the menu.

Rafa, our waiter, was exceptionally friendly and professional, with extensive knowledge of both the menu and the island. He not only informed us of their special service, where you can pre-order specific seafood like blue lobster, oysters, or crab for the following Friday but also provided great recommendations on places to visit around the island. Roberto, the chef, was equally friendly and very skilled. He gave us detailed information about the specialty orders we placed and ensured everything was prepared exactly to our preferences.

Despite the restaurant being run by just two or three people, both the service and food were impeccable. Roberto consistently crafted the most delicious and beautifully presented dishes, with every meal perfectly cooked and packed with flavor.

Some of our favorite dishes included the oysters, blue lobster, guacamole on toast, and beef cheeks. Each dish was expertly prepared and left a lasting impression. The atmosphere was relaxed yet elegant, and the music was perfect, adding to the overall experience.

We highly recommend Flor De Sal and are already planning to revisit the island – and, of course, the restaurant.

From the moment I stepped into Flor de Sal, I knew I was in for a treat. Equally impressive was the service. The staff were not only attentive but also genuinely friendly, making sure my experience was perfect from start to finish. They were knowledgeable about the menu and helped me choose the ideal pairings, enhancing my meal in ways I hadn’t expected.

What a find! This charming little restaurant is the perfect combination of intimacy and friendliness, with none of the stuffiness that sometimes comes with smaller places. From the moment we walked in, Rafa couldn't have been more accommodating, especially since we were a large family. They made us feel right at home.

We loved it so much that we returned for another visit, and we're so glad we did! On our second visit, the staff remembered our wine order from the first time and even remembered we had a small child. They swapped out our wine glasses for a child-friendly cup without us even having to ask – such a thoughtful touch that made all the difference.
