Ristorante Pizzeria Dal Trevisano — Restaurant in Yaiza

We had a superb meal at Dal Trevisano last night, there is something for everyone on the menu. The Filetto Chef with mushrooms was the best I have ever tasted, the creamy sauce was delicious and the steak was so tender. The portions are really good, and the children’s menu is perfect for little ones. The team couldn’t do enough to make us feel welcome, moving tables to accommodate five of us as it was very busy and all the larger tables were already occupied. I was so impressed with how considerate they were, we initially went to order three focaccia cheese and garlic as starters, and the lovely guy explained how big they were and that two would suffice. They were more focused on us having a good meal at a good price, than making profit. For that alone I would recommend Dal Trevisano - the fact that their food is fabulous and you dine in lovely surroundingsmakes for a well deserved 5 stars and highly recommended. Trevisano’s I has always been one of my favorite restaurants to eat at. The atmosphere would be fantastic and staff couldn’t do anymore for you.. that was until there was a change in staff and owners.

Me and my family went there for dinner this evening and left completely disappointed with slow service and feeling ignored and neglected throughout this evening. Even though the food was lovely, it was the 2.00 hour wait for our food that let everything down, and no updates of where are food was really made the incredible day fall to a disappointing end. Eat twice from this restaurant, first time was a simple takeaway pizza, it was nice . Secon time we decided to give it a chance and went to explore their menu, ordered a few starters, garlic bread, carpaccio , croquettes . Galic bread no Garlic Flavour , so no point of having it, carpaccio still frozen when arrived to the table, and the cheese croquettes it should have been a cheese bechamel, but instead we got a hard piece of mozzarella deep-fried. Mains lasagna, not the best but did the job. The service is not warming and attentive, so obviously we didn't visit again, what a shame as we started 21 days next door and could have eaten there...
