The staff cheeted with our bill.

At first we liked the ambience and the staff was very polite. We sat on a table and unfortunately were attacked by a bunch of mosquitos, so we changed the table. We were the only guests tonight at 7 pm. After this we ordered a mixed rice (which was explained to us as rise with choped vegetables and meat) in regular size (450 rupies), a soda (100 rupies) and a small lion draft beer (140 rupies). Everything was fine and delicious, but as we wanted to pay the staff brought us a printed bill and a price written over by hand of 944 rupies. I asked about the meal, 'cause we ordered regular and not large size, but he ensured me this to be the regular, so he said it is ok and we should pay 625 rupies for this. But even this would not explain the hand written price of 944 instead of 865. Since we already had bad mood by the constant arguing we decided to not discuss anymore and just pay the bill. However, I will never go again to "the biggest pub chain in sri lanka", I am once again disappointed by my stay in this country. I furthermore advise the pub manager to take a better look at his staff!
