Disappointing Experience - Not Recommended

As someone with over 6 years of experience in the restaurant field, I was extremely disappointed with my recent visit to SAMBOLE DAMBULLA. Despite its reputation, I cannot in good conscience recommend this establishment to anyone.First and foremost, the food quality was subpar. While they offer a variety of dishes, I can only vouch for the rice and curry, as I refuse to recommend anything else due to concerns about excessive oil and chemicals. It's evident that health considerations are not a priority here.Furthermore, the atmosphere was far from pleasant.

The loud, high-tech music blaring from midday till afternoon was overwhelming and completely inappropriate for a dining setting. It felt more like a festival than a restaurant, making it nearly impossible to enjoy a meal in peace. It's clear that the management needs to take action regarding this matter.Overall, my experience at Sambole was disappointing and not worth repeating. As someone passionate about the restaurant industry and dedicated to providing the best service for tourists, I urge others to seek alternative dining options for a more enjoyable and healthier experience.
